The location is great, but since it is a budget accommodation, don't expect anything fancy. Apart from the weak wifi signal in our room, the stay was quite good.

The Lake is beautiful and peaceful. Plenty to do if you are thinking of staying a few days from hikes in to the jungle, watching locals fishing and going about their daily lives, ride around the shore of the lake, along with excursions "outside" to see local villages and farmlands, the rafflesia flower, and 'unique coffee" tasting.
