The service was top notch across board. They have excellent staff who always serve with a smile and go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Food is delicious, pool is clean, housekeeping does an excellent job keeping rooms clean and tidy. We visited the Bintan Brother Seafood stall on our trip for some delicious seafood. Our resort driver recommended trying the Gong Gong, a kind of seashells, which are unique to Bintan and Batam Islands. We also enjoyed crab and fish, all freshly cooked and served. The prices were very reasonable.
The blue lake at the Sand Dunes was picturesque, and the fireflies tour at night was an amazing experience that allowed us to learn about nature.
For our next visit, we will stay longer to explore the island, avoid Singapore public holidays and explore other beach resorts as well.

We stayed at Kamuela Villa and it's truly a great place. It's about 10 minute ride from the ferry terminal but you'll need transportation to get around because the villa isn't really in a city area.
With the in-house transport provider (taxi operator with set prices for the places you want to go), you can get the driver to bring you around the place, even to as far as Tanjong Pinang.

Great weekend getaway from Singapore. Easy access via ferry and lots of top 5-star and also more economical resorts to choose from. Beach is quite decent, though the beaches in Bali, Krabi and Boracay are significantly better.

Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal. If you contact the hotel in advance, you may be able to arrange free terminal-hotel transfer. We stayed at Bintan Resorts at Angsana Beach, a collection of three hotels sharing a well kept private beach. We did not go to Lagoi because the shuttle bus as been stopped and the taxi is S$25 one way.

We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do...
We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do at the property itself for the three days that we spent at Natra. We did not have to step outside the property so there was not much exploring of Lagoi Beach beyond the Treasure Island area which was amazing and impressive.
The always smiling, ever-helpful staff at Natra Bintan was icing on the perfect cake of this holiday.
Absolutely fabulous hotel! The personnel all very kind, talkative and friendly, always ready to help. The facilities are gorgeous as is the location also. Beach kept clean by an efficient cleaning crew. Pool assistants very attentive and cheerful. Special mention to Kassyr the hilarious buggydriver, Kristin the spa masseuse with the most relaxing way of treating a customer and Amirah at Treetops always smiling and making us feel special! All of you made our 25th wedding anniversary trip a memorable one.

We are from Singapore. We enjoyed our vacation (5D4N) at Cassia Bintan. The apartment and surroundings were well maintained. Beach and swimming pools were clean.
Thumbs up for the daily breakfast at Lotus Cafe. Pleasant and delicious dining experiences at Treetop and Saffron.
All staff displayed a good service attitude with their SMILES making us feel welcome and at home.

Close to the beach. Spacious room, Excellent pleasant staff - all of them were kind, helpful and friendly. Very nice swimming pool and pool bar for drinks and snacks. Activities list was good but very limited was available. Only bus transfers between hotel venues of Nirwana Garden within their property was good. 24hrs in-room dining option was good but menu options was very limited.
The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. We were happy to be upgraded to the Deluxe Tent with the indoor jacuzzi. Room size was big and beds were comfortable. Very prompt room service and turning over the room daily (basically after we come back from breakfast, the room was done).
It was my birthday trip and the hotel surprised me with a cake upon check-in.
It’s 4 resorts together with easy access to each. We did the bird watching in Laguna Golf and dinner at Bayan Tree. The food in Baiyan tree is so good and creative, very impressive, but please prepare deep porker for the experience.
The beach is nice with white and soft sand. Water is clean comparing to the general water quality outside of resort area.
Great breakfast buffet, staff friendly, rooms spacious and clean and great big bed. Gym was great and spacious all new and kept clean. Love the free water in the rooms too! Once the hotel has more guests will be great and good atmosphere and the restaurant with the beach club down the back will be great for entertainment and parties.
We like the location and the view fresh air from the sea. Staff are very hospitable especially Sam always attentive and very helpful. We've met the owner Mr Eric very humble person and tell us about the hotel. I have a massage in room and very satisfied with the service.

Beautiful villa, love the design & convenience of the pool & mini kitchenette. Also the service is very good, receptionist answers all calls within minutes and the land transfer usually available to anywhere in the rest of Bintan very quickly.
Clean and well maintained villa. Lots of greenery around and small ponds with lotus flowers looked really nice. Very close to the pool and Nirwana hotel. Very polite and helpful staff, always willing to assist with smile.
The staff were very hospitable and friendly. They made the atmosphere very welcoming and lively. The hotel is one of the best options for budget conscious travellers.
