Staffs from front desk to back of house like kitchen were all friendly and nice especially Rima. The hotel has all the facilities including in-house massage, billiard pool, bbq buffet, swimming pool and live music(Saturdays). We stayed in, only went out for shopping 3hrs. Good getaway in a quiet, far location from city.

Batu Aji is such a lively part of Batam.
It is not full of clubs but it is a very traditional if you enjoy seeing that. There’s trees everywhere, food stalls, street vendors, but if you go just 15 minutes away, there’s huge shopping centers, swimming pools, and beautiful mosques and churches.
Batu Aji is a great combination of new world and old world.
The only difficult thing is if you want to party, you have to go quite a ways.
