The location of the property was beautiful, views all around and impressive first impressions of the building and surrounding areas. Staff were all very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The food although minimal menu, everything we ordered was good quality and tasted great. The onsite activities where great for providing little ones with entertained and the fact the pool had a shallow area as well for kids was really handy.

Our host, Sanya, was fantastic, wanting to help and support us in any way possible. The room was fresh, new and immaculately maintained. The property was in easy walking distance to the town centre, restaurants and supermakets.Parking was excellent and location was 20 minute drive to Plitvice National Park.

Everything about the property was exceptional. We haven’t got a bad word to say about it. The location was the best in the middle of everything you could want to go activity wise. The grounds were perfectly kept to accommodate all types of guests. The staff were amazing always there to help and so friendly it was in real we will definitely be going again

A medium sized waterfall, a pond and a pedestrian path leading to the pond are varied, beautiful and endearing.

Extreme little to do in the area beyond the lakes - you can walk it all in around 3 minutes, I wish I was exaggerating! Three shops (a cafe bar / two bakeries) and a restaurant and couple of supermarkets. People were friendly enough though.

Small city that does not have anything special to offer. It has a few restaurants that are nice and a store. But it is a nice quiet place from where you can go on fieldtrips - Plitvice Lakes one of the most famous ones.

You should stay here for at most one night. There isn't anything to do or to see here. Use it at as stop to get to the lakes which are worth every penny. There is bus shuttle service supposedly to get to the lakes, but renting a car and reserving a parkingspot at the lakes is probably your best bet. The people here are very kind, they'll help you if you need something. We planned this part of the trip badly, and only because of the help of strangers a possible disaster was mitigated. The people here made everything 10 times better, from police, to servers, to the owners of the establishments, to the regular people just walking around. They are very kind. I had a great time here.

Great place to take 2D rest on our trip to Makarska.
Great place to take 2D rest on our trip to Makarska. We spent one day at Plitvicka jezera to see where famous movie with Pierre Brice aka Vinetou was made. It is wirth of you time and money. Book the tickets online at least 24 hour in advance so as you can save your time. Choose route “C”- boat and train is already included in the price. The best choice is to start at “Ulaz1”. We spent there more than 8 hours! and we really enjoyed every second there!

Perfect hosts. The Matejcic family truly went out of their way to make our families stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was new, crisp and super clean. 5 star ++ for a huge abs scrumptious breakfast
House Prica was an awesome stay! Breakfast was amazing and the location is quiet and peaceful. The property is a short distance from the Plitvice lakes and a very short walk to the town of Korenica where you can find a grocery store, a bank, and several cafés. The multilingual staff at House Prica was awesome and very accommodating. They are eager to meet any requests and they helped me with restaurant arrangements, and assisted with transportation and tickets to visit the national park. During my stay, they really treated me like family!
We booked one night as a stopover before heading to Plitvice National Park but wish we’d spent longer at the hotel. The location is stunning with a calm atmosphere all around.
The family who run the hotel were all really friendly and helped us with local knowledge regarding the surrounding area and Plitvice.
The rooms themselves were spotlessly clean and spacious and in keeping with the rest of the property.
Lots of the previous reviews have mentioned how good the restaurant is and we completely agree.
Everything here was beautiful! Perfect location to explore the lakes, room was lovely and clean and the whole property was gorgeous and very well looked after. Was a real treat having a spa after a long day hiking around the lakes. We also had dinner one night at the property which was absolutely fantastic. Definitely a highlight of our time in Croatia. Thank you to the family for being so friendly and looking after us so well! We would definitely recommend 😊
The house owner has also a very good restaurant where we've got welcomed with welcome drinks it was very pleasure after the day on Plitvice Park (which is very close to the restaurant and house) and we've tasted a very good croatia pizza. His mother is responsible for the rooms and she stayed until we arrive to check if everything was alright and it really was! She was very kind with us. Definetely recommended!
great location for exploring NP Plitvice Lakes, easy contact with the host (tips on visiting the park before arrival, quick responses from Booking.com), they were waiting for us with keys after check-in time and there was extra bed for children prepared, very nice people and a magical place - hope to come back and stay longer next time to see the part of Croatia we haven't discovered yet
The house was beautiful, very clean and full of light, surronded by the nature. Korenica is a strategical point to reach Plitvice lakes and our accomodation there was perfect, there are supermarkets, Atm and restaurants in the nearby. Above all, the kindness and the hospitality of Anja was really a plus. Greatly recommended
Absolutely everything was amazing! This is by far out favorite spot in all or Croatia. The owner is the most friendly lady we've ever met, and the room was big, super clean, and smelled great. Breakfast was super good, and the jacuzzi only made our stay better. If I could give 100 points instead of only 10, I would!!
The location is inside the national park. 15 mins within driving from entrance 2, so it was very convenient. The check in was very confusing but the space was extremely comfy. Definitely good value for the money. The owner also gave the restaurant which you must try. It’s was the best meal I had in Croatia.
Location was very easy to find, the rooms are quite new. Check-in at 9:30 PM was not a problem. The Korenica city itself doesn't offer too much, but we found a cheap grocery and it was close to Plitvicka Jezera National Park. The private bathroom looked also very nice and was equipped like in a normal hotel.
Me and my colleague stayed for two nights in Jopa apartment and we found it to be very comfortable and good. Very good hospitality. Most people are there for Plitvice lakes, but from Korenica one can see true landscapes of Lika mountains and plains, and hike Pljesevica. We would surely come again.
I just stay at Villa Angy for one night and the goal was visit the Plitvice Lakes Natonal Park. Villa Angy is about 15 minutes away from Entrace 2.
Very good air conditioner (it is very important at the summer). Good shower. There was a mini bar (many hotels in Europe don't have it).
Spacious apartment with balcony in Korenica which is less than 30 minutes drive to the Plitvice lakes. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Having the shower and toilet a separate rooms made it very convenient with getting ready.
Very nice host, really hospitable and sociable, and talkative of course if you speak Croatian 🙂. Beautiful place, clean and comfortable. Good location for a good price. Quiet, peaceful surrounding in the countryside . Towels, sheets provided, wi fi available.

We really liked our stay. Lots of eating options in Korenica and close to Plitvice Lakes. We also did a hike to Pljesevica mountain which is close to the guesthouse. We recommend!
