The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We have been traveling through Italy and Romania before we got to House Sapina and the beds and pillows have all been so uncomfortable and hard. These beds and pillows were great. They were so comfortable. We had two great night sleeps. The owner was very sweet when we had some trouble getting into town and arrived late than expected. Very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park.

The host of this two-story, family bed and breakfast was extremely welcoming! The bedroom is private, and the dining room is communal. We were greeted with traditional homemade rakija liquor. The breakfast is optional, and we highly recommend it. The food was superb and plentiful. All the produce, dairy, charcuterie, fruit jams, honey, eggs, and cakes are homemade by the owners. This region is famous for its natural spring water, giving Vrelo (spring) deservedly its name. The bed was super-clean, large (I am 6'4") and comfortable. Nature is pristine, with many landmarks a short ride away, such as Plitvice Lakes, Grabovača cave, Kuterevo bear rescue, Smiljan - the birthplace of Nikola Tesla, Otočac, Sinac, river Gacka, etc.

A medium sized waterfall, a pond and a pedestrian path leading to the pond are varied, beautiful and endearing.

Extreme little to do in the area beyond the lakes - you can walk it all in around 3 minutes, I wish I was exaggerating! Three shops (a cafe bar / two bakeries) and a restaurant and couple of supermarkets. People were friendly enough though.

Small city that does not have anything special to offer. It has a few restaurants that are nice and a store. But it is a nice quiet place from where you can go on fieldtrips - Plitvice Lakes one of the most famous ones.

You should stay here for at most one night.
You should stay here for at most one night. There isn't anything to do or to see here. Use it at as stop to get to the lakes which are worth every penny. There is bus shuttle service supposedly to get to the lakes, but renting a car and reserving a parkingspot at the lakes is probably your best bet. The people here are very kind, they'll help you if you need something. We planned this part of the trip badly, and only because of the help of strangers a possible disaster was mitigated. The people here made everything 10 times better, from police, to servers, to the owners of the establishments, to the regular people just walking around. They are very kind. I had a great time here.

Great place to take 2D rest on our trip to Makarska.
Great place to take 2D rest on our trip to Makarska. We spent one day at Plitvicka jezera to see where famous movie with Pierre Brice aka Vinetou was made. It is wirth of you time and money. Book the tickets online at least 24 hour in advance so as you can save your time. Choose route “C”- boat and train is already included in the price. The best choice is to start at “Ulaz1”. We spent there more than 8 hours! and we really enjoyed every second there!

Perfect hosts. The Matejcic family truly went out of their way to make our families stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was new, crisp and super clean. 5 star ++ for a huge abs scrumptious breakfast
House Prica was an awesome stay! Breakfast was amazing and the location is quiet and peaceful. The property is a short distance from the Plitvice lakes and a very short walk to the town of Korenica where you can find a grocery store, a bank, and several cafés. The multilingual staff at House Prica was awesome and very accommodating. They are eager to meet any requests and they helped me with restaurant arrangements, and assisted with transportation and tickets to visit the national park. During my stay, they really treated me like family!
The location is ideal In nature, cool and the apt is really beautiful. It was one of the best sleeps we had beds are super comfortable and the evenings are peaceful. If you love nature abs luxury then this is the place to be We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the hosts were perfect. We were given the perfect balance of personal attention, friendliness and private space. The breakfast is 5 star ++ and there is no rush to start your day We really enjoyed the Croatian hospitality
20/10 all around, the room was on the highest floor and it had a gorgeous view, besides that it was all new, super clean and comfortable, quiet and the shower was heavenly and it’s better than staying in a 4*hotel, I would recommend it to anyone. The entrance to Plitvice lakes is 15min away by car so it’s perfect if you’re visiting the lakes. The hosts were very friendly and answered all our questions, we would come back anytime because we loved it.
Best accommodation experience during a 10+ days trip across Croatia. Comfy facilities with lovely front & back gardens, parking, all amenities one could think of, and there were even beers in the fridge when we arrived. The host is extremely accommodating that definitely extended the stay beyond just business and realised the philosophy which Airbnb was built upon initially.
Beautiful views, relaxed environment, very-very hospitable people. We got a plate of amazing cakes that we wolfed down in minutes! We had a nice chat about Croatia, nature, the parks, the neighborhood. The apartment is good for a small family with kids, and the pool is there all day, although we only splashed a little, after an exhausting hiking day at the Plitvice lakes.

We stayed for one night after transferring from the airport prior to going to the lakes and then staying at a larger hotel. On reflection we would probably just stay here and pay for parking at the lakes as it makes an excellent cost effective base for just a short stay.
Spacious apartment with balcony in Korenica which is less than 30 minutes drive to the Plitvice lakes. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Having the shower and toilet a separate rooms made it very convenient with getting ready.
A very kind and understanding owner. He willing to wait until mid night 12:45a.m. for check in as my bus was not punctual arrived to destination. Thank you very much. There is walking path from Korenica town area to the hostel and it is not far from bus station.

Great breakfast, extremely helpful staff. They prepared us a picnic for lunch which was good value. Evening meal in the hotel restaurant was also very good and good value. Only downside was view of the car park but was a perfect base to explore Plitvice lakes

Nice localization if you want to visit Plitvicke Jezera. Big size of apartment. Very good restaurant. Close to the town Korenica where you have Bakery or supermarket. Host waited for us even we arrived past 21:00.
