Neat little apartments very close to the centre of town. We rented both apartments with number two being a lot more spacious than number one - not a problem as we were only here for one night. The added touch of coffee pods and long life milk for use was much appreciated.

There is not much to do or see besides the 3 streets of the old town and a ruin of a castle. The only specialty coffee shop of the town is closed during the weekend. Highlight of the town was Plaža za pse (beach for dogs) and a Langoš bar.

amazing seaside trip, good prices, good food. not the trip of your life but definitely relaxing, calm, safe (esp. for women). most of the people in the service sector are young and therefore communicative and fluent in english. very respectful to tourists.

I was on a business trip so I did not go to beaches. The city is a typical old eastern European place with quite a few run down buildings. But the people are really friendly, most people I met spoke English, not so much German. Prices were a little bit higher than I expected but fair. The week I was there it was boiling hot which made long outings uncomfortable. The airport is tiny and easily manageable, the airport bus is good but should have more times, there is no beach within walking distance and since the city is heavily industrialized the water quality is questionable. Great fish market and food.

A really nice city, not so crowded but still quite alive. I loved the whole vibe of the place, some quite nice places to dine in and also have a good time.
The only bad thing I would say is that there are not really that many good beaches nearby the city center, most of the nicer ones were a bit far away, so it's better if you are with a car.

The city itself is nothing special.
The city itself is nothing special. Some nice buildings, but a lot of construction works. It has great seafood restaurants serving a wide variety of freshly caught fish and seafood. It has some museums, but again, nothing special there. The main attraction is the city's beaches. Public transport in the city is not ideal: buses run every 45 minutes. Most people speak basic English or German, but nothing more than that. And mind you, a lot of pavements are actually staircases, which makes sense due to the city's geography - but that makes using scooters or bicycles very impractical. And non-smokers, beware: some restaurants still allow smoking indoors. People also smoke or use e-cigarettes in public transport
Being an integrated hotel, have in mind that first you need to go to the reception to get the keys and the instructions and then go to your apartment. It was within 10 min walk but if you carry a lot of luggage, this might be a problem. Also no way to park there - leave the car at a public parking, go to reception, go to your apartment. Ours was on the 3rd floor, no elevator :) there was a lot of luggage dragging around.
The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was at the heart of the city center.
The hotel is situated in the very center of Rijeka, close to all the tourist attractions. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to the Rijeka airport. The communication by WhatsApp with the staff of the hotel was efficient and pleasant. The room is small but everything is very practical. It is modern and clean. The shower after a day of work and another one at the beach was appreciated. There is a bakery around the corner.

Staff helpful and friendly. The views of the Kvarner bay are just astonishing. It's incredible to wake up to that!! A wonderful, wonderful location. Nice room, the wellness area is really great. The place is really well organised, and despite being a chain it's a beautiful building, too. Shall return.
The beauty of the location, the bed so comfortable, the astonishing bathrom and the b&b Is so close to the center! A plenty of pubs , restaurant and the manager Is a really kind and professional One,so nice!
