It was so great! Because it was within walking distance of Entrance 1, and it was a very good value for money place to stay, clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I was very grateful for their help. The restaurant is delicious and the price is good ^^ We want to visit again next time. Thanks.!

Lovely, quiet place, so handy for entrance one of the lakes. The owner was really helpful picking us up and dropping us off early in the morning with our luggage. (Walkable but we were glad not to have to wheel our suitcases).

It was a lovely apartment with a nice garden, we could enjoy the nature and fresh air. The owner was very nice. We had a common room with the kids, but it was perfect. The entance of the park Plitviczei is only few mins away, but it is more safety to go there by car.

Very nice place, very spacious and well furnished. It has even a washing machine and a dishwasher. The TV is smart TV and you can connect your Netflix or Prime video to it. Wi-fi is quite fast. Beds are big and comfortable. It is ideal place to stay even for a longer period. I have never experienced such a clean apartment. All the honor to the host!! We were 4 friends and we were all extremely happy with our stay in this beautiful place. For sure we will come again!

We were there in April and went just for Plitvic lakes, it was quite cold in the morning & evening, glad we had our puffer jackets. An absolute bonus was the gorgeous little village of Rastoke, stunning and the best food of our entire 2 weeks in Croatia.

It is close to the national park and has several accommodation options. The surrounding regions are beautiful and picturesque, and from what I saw, there are several hiking trails. Food around the area is limited, but several guest houses serve food. It was easy to reach from Zadar by bus and offers excellent access to the National Park.

The accommodation is a short distance from the Plitvice Lakes, a quiet and peaceful location. The apartments were clean, the rich continental breakfast is in the neighboring house, the communication regarding the accommodation is perfect. It's a shame that we couldn't stay longer. We will be very happy to come back.

This is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Personally, I recommend it because it is at the end of the road (just 2km), away from the bulk of the places like it, making for a nice quiet and slightly out-of-the-way place.
The people are very nice and accommodating, like making us sandwiches to take away for breakfast since we left early. It shows just how few people do this because they had to figure out what they were going to do in this case.
But, this is industrial type travel, everyone doing one night in and out, so it's nice but don't expect any contact with people who work there. Again, most people arrive late in the day and leave the next day, so you just need to be off that schedule a bit to enjoy the quiet and natural beauty. Then the people arrive and the empty echo of the place turns into noise. I asked the people who arrived to remember others were there and they toned it down - but the sound reverberates a lot.

Waitress said kitchen was open until 9 so we were Happy. We ate right at the Hotel which had a very lovely dining room.
Served great soup and salad. I had Pasta Bolognese which was delicious and my wife had the fish which also was good. Rooms were modern and clean yet the surrounding landscape was rustic, wooded and charming. We took a 10 minute nature walk right into Plitvice National Park the next morning.

The room was humid when we arrived but the host didn’t want to turn on AC.
Also they could provide at least some kettle or coffee machine just to show a little more hospitality.

Excellent location for Plitvici Lakes. Entrance 1 is 15 min walk. This guest house is one of the many such guest houses on the road called Rastovaca and the names are all marked on the road so super easy to locate. Ask the accommodation for location details as Google Maps doesn't recognise the name but the hotel provided the necessary link. Facilities basic but adequate and competitively priced for the prime location. Our room which was en suite had fridge and kettle. The host is super helpful and will try her best to help you out
Pansion Danica was the perfect stay for a trip to Plitvice Lakes. It’s within a 10 min walk to the park entrance 1, with a cozy and spacious room for a single traveller (bathroom, desk). The staff were very welcoming, and the food (both breakfast and dinner) were excellent! I did not stay long enough to enjoy the additional amenities - Pansion Danica is more like a hotel complex - such as the playroom, playground, bike service, or archery area - but if you happen to have more time, they would be a wonderful addition to your stay.
Ana is an excellent and authentic host and keeps a lovely guesthouse close to Plitvice lakes. We loved the attention to ensuring we were comfortable, and the apartment we booked was spacious and inviting and is better than the photos! Definitely have the breakfast as Ana makes homemade jams, pastries and biscuits and the creamiest eggs we've tasted.
About 15mins walk from Entrance 1 and is shorter going through the carpark than up the main road and into Rastovaca ulica.
The property is a beautiful house owned by the host named after their kids. It is an absolutely clean house to stay, beautifully white in color in the midst of the Rastovaca village. Close proximity to Gate 1 of the Plitvice lakes, 15 mins walk. With luggage you might need a car. The host was extremely kind to both pick and drop us from Gate 1 where us bus dropped us. Lovely breakfast options at 11euros each. Nothing else is evasive in that area except for 1 restaurant
Room is near entry 1 of the plitvica Lakes. Owner was very nice. We arrived late at 11 am and it was dark. The owner waited for us and brought us to our room. The room was very clean and new even better than on the pictures. Next day we went to the Lakes and parked our car at the hotel, that was no problem. After our visit to the lakes the owner welcomed us again and we got thee and coffee from the house😄
Host greeted communicated well and was friendly upon arrival. Room was immaculate - one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed! The breakfast was not included, but for 7 euro was fantastic, and the walk to the Plitvice Lakes entrance #1 could not have been easier, which meant we were able to leave our car parked at the hotel. Everything was perfect. Wonderful host.
The property is really close to Entrance 1 of the Plitvice Lakes. The room was on the bigger size of what you usually get from hotels equipped with an air conditioner. Also, an extremely cute and chill dog and cat hangs around the property. Great breakfast to start the day and responsive host.

Great location - we were able to leave our car at the hotel and walk with our children to Entrance 1 of Plitvice. The dinner at their restaurant (Antemurale) was DELICIOUS! Breakfast buffet was good - great to have an option to eat breakfast before heading to the park.
Hotel and Room are new. The owner of the hotel is super kind. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Food is delicious. Hotel is near the entrance 1 of the park. It is possible to walk to the bus station. I took flixbus. The price is reasonable and valuable.

Arriving by bus, you can walk through the parking lots across the street and reach hotels on Rastovaca without walking along the main road which is dangerous. Streets and parking lots are not visible on Google Maps because of heavy trees and vegetation.
Really nice & helpful host family. The best cleanness I experienced in comparison to many apartments & hotels (even under the beds & hardly visible or accessible corners). Perfect location (national park entry reachable in 5 minutes walking distance).
This small hotel is very close to entrance 1 of the park, within a 10 minute walk. We were in room 6 and after a couple of hits in the head from the sloping roof, we got used to it. The room was very clean and had a refrigerator.
