Amazing staff, they are like family - always smiling and we felt very much at home here. The buffet breakfast is abundant and very delicious. At one point we had to check out and were waiting for our car to be fixed, they offered us water and coffee free of charge. The room was very clean and the view was amazing. The location is quiet and the beach is very close with great views over Omis.

Very friendly and attentive staff and also very efficient at getting the room's cleaned whilst we had breakfast. We checked out quite early with no time for breakfast and they were even kind enough to give us a box of croissant's to take with us. Facilities were outstanding to include a gym that had more than anything you need to have a regular session. Also offer a range of massage options which was easy to book and had a nice spa area. Peaceful location right next to the beach and a few bars/restaurants.

Our host was lovely and everything went smoothly.
The view from the balcony is really nice and there's not much traffic during the evening.
They also borrow bikes for free which was a big plus - an easy way to explore Duce and Omiš.

Small place, too crowded, everything walkable.
Small place, too crowded, everything walkable.
Many supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
Some tourist attractions, impossible to visit in the hot water, for example to climb to the castle on the top of the mountain.
Rafting on Cetina river was amazing.
One can take boat trip on the Cetina canyon.
The beach is open, with umbrellas and sunbeams too. Clean water to swim.

We picked Omis because of the activities that were available there and we were not disappointed. We did rafting, a speedboat tour to the blue cave and some islands, ziplining, trip to Krka National park and jet skis. We were going to do canyoning but decided on a beach day instead. If/when we return we will also do a boat ride up the river and hire a boat and go across to some islands. Our 17 year old sun did not get bored! The old town is lovely, although very busy. There are many restaurants that were all very nice. Most sold the same sorts of food consisting of a range of meat and fish/seafood dishes as well as pasta and pizza. Some of them specialised a bit but we all ate well every night for a reasonable price. There are also a few souvenir shops and shops selling beach items.
Be aware fruit is expensive at the stalls. One nectarine was 3 euros. We spent 38 euros on 4 nectarines, 2 plums, 1/4 watermelon and some grapes and a significant amount had to be thrown away. Other than that the food is reasonably priced with several small supermarkets throughout Omis.
Whilst a guide on one of our trips considered the beaches to be sandy, they are not what we think of as sandy- more shingle mixed with sand. Think builders sand. Saying this, the beaches were clean and the sea is crystal clear and we still spent time there and would return.
You can pay by card in the restaurants and supermarkets but the activities, food stalls and small shops were cash only. Not a problem in itself but we wished we had gone prepared for this as it meant we had to take cash out of the ATM a few times.
Public toilets cost 1 euro to use. This can add up if your out for the day and there are a few of you.
Overall a great place to be. we would recommend and return here.

Omis is an amazing location for people (singles, couples or families) who are looking to explore Croatia's amazing country side by doing as little or as much as you want. There is an abundance of activities which are aimed at varying levels of fitness with some activities more suited to those adrenaline junkies. Would recommend visiting during the summer time but would still be amazing during autumn or spring.
We had an amazing experience. Starting from the location to the attention to details... Everything was brand new and of high quality. The communication with the host was impeccable. Dunja took care that our stay would be unforgettable. She arranged for the parking to be already paid for the entire visit. Then she expected us with cold drinks in the fridge. I have to stress the attention to detail again... we haven't seen this even in a 5-star hotel.
We would definitely return to stay here in our next visit to Omis.
We spend the weekend in the apartment and would certainly recommend it. The property seemed brand new and was beautify decorated. The location was perfect for us, it was a walking distance to the town, the town beach and the zipline centre (the Omis zipline was the absolute highlight of the trip). The stunning view of the mountains was an added bonus! The property was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Marijana was an amazing host, she showed us around the apartment and gave us great recommendations.
I booked the room for one night during my motorcycle-trip to Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia. The room was exactly as advertised, roomy and perfect suitable for one man for one night - it even had a balcony. Breakfast was good, all essential shops and restaurants where in walking distance. I also had a stay at the public beach, which was recommended by the pansion. The beach was clean, the sea was marvellous. My Motorcycle was securely parked at the premise. It was a very pleasant stay.
Hotel/restaurant Rogač is located at main road, easy to find.
Location does not effect a room quietness. There is a private parking.
Rooms are equipped with more then you need, modern interior setup, with specious balcony.
Do not miss to have a dinner at restaurant, fish is highly recommended. Also, breakfast is exceptional and lavish.
All staff and employs are very welcome and friendly.
Hotel/restaurant Rogač become our choice No.1 for stay in Omiš.
Absolute recommend.
Very clean facilities and very friendly staff. Free of charge parking directly at the main street. The view from the balcony was very nice as well as the view from the dining room. The food served for dinner didn't feel like restorant food but as real home cooked meal. The food was tasty and the portions were large. All in all good value for the money compared to the current prices in Croatia.
Magical place in the middle of the old town. Clean and comfortable apartment with all equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, large kitchen connected to the living room). Thanks to the outdoor blinds and open windows, we didn't have to use the air conditioning at all, a pleasant climate. Definitely the nicest accommodation that my family and I have experienced in Croatia.
The apartment is in a quiet area but at a stone's throw from the main attractions of Omis and even closer to the best beach we've found in town (Brzet). It's well equipped, and the owner was very nice and quick to provide us with all the information and help we needed. There was five of us, the kids occupied the living room, the teenager and the parents the bedrooms.
A nice and modern hotel close to Omis (10 min drive/35 to Split with no traffic). Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was really kind and helpful. Free beach towels and nice swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The restaurant (the river) is really a gem. The food is really tasty and made from local products.
I don't know where to begin:
- the view was superb and the room was as clean as it gets.
- the restaurant in the hotel has the best food I've ever had.
- the staff was professional
- the location of the hotel is great, it's near the beach and if you would like to go visit other beaches, all of them are a short drive away
Nice apartment, unusual design of kitchen off the terrace, we liked it. Clean and comfortable. Nice host, they carried our cases. 20m from bus stop to Split. We tried to stay longer but were full. Easy flat walking to old town and supermarkets. Easy parking at the door. Omis is beautiful with lots to do.
We spent 3 nights here, the location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. The town of Omis is so beautiful. The staff throughout the hotel went above and beyond, especially Anita on the front desk. The spa/wellness suite was a particular highlight along with views from our room on the 4th floor.
We enjoyed absolutely everything. These apartments were the best place to stay in all of Croatia. The landlord was very kind, helpful and helped with all possible questions. The apartments have everything thought of. Cozy terrace, wonderful location and sea view. Top recommendations.
Wonderful, peaceful location. A 3 bedroom bungalow with pool. We enjoyed our stay here. Fresh mountain air. Away from crowds. Easy access to Omis, and some wonderful restaurants along the river and on the mountains. The kind of place you can just stay and relax. Very friendly owners.
Location was perfect with an amazing view. We had access to our own private beach and swimming pool.
The hosts & staff at the property were super nice and made sure we had a comfortable stay. If I go to Croatia again I am definitely staying at the same property again.
The property was in close proximity to a number of smaller beaches. Our favourite go-to beach was Brzet beach. The property was also close to other destinations such as Split and Makarska which we also visited.
in the historic center of Omis. Everything was great with my stay. I needed a last minute stay so that I could explore the area in the morning. it was a very usable apartment.
Realy great place where to stop and enjoy croatia. Split is only 20.minutes of driving. And super sounds of nature. We enjoyed this place for 100%. Recomending.
