We were delighted with our stay in Marko Polo. I think it was called junior suite we had, and it was very spacious, and overlooking the sea and swimming pool. It had coffee making facility and mini fridge. We were very happy with its comfort, and had everything we needed.
Receptionist and all staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. It was in great location and 10 mins walk to the Old Town, and there were also little bars and restaurants on the walk down there..
Would definitely be happy to stay there again.

We spent most of our time in the Old City, which is spectacular. Beautiful old architecture, flowers everywhere, and all surrounded by the Adriatic and mountains. No shortage of good restaurants, most with incredible views. We attended the Moreska Sword Dance performance, which was a lot of fun. There is a small pebble beach nearby. What we loved most were the aesthetic details throughout the old city. We also took a wonderful wine tasting and sightseeing tour, which provided an opportunity to see other parts of the beautiful island.

Old town buzzing with tourists, restaurants in old town predictable and quite expensive. Some more interesting ones just out of town centre. Came to cycle along coast roads. Western road shut off due to maintenance, so the purpose for our visit was ruined. Tourist office had (has) no warning about this on their website, but still advertising the main cycle route. There are a lot of cyclists on the island, with many bike hire shops. Tourist office not being honest by not warning visitors about this closure.

A delightful old town with lots of history and a beautiful waterfront. The unexpected find was the newly renovated Marco Polo Museum. It was beautifully presented and the story was fascinating. It really deserves to be better known - including by the locals! It is worth checking which side of the peninsula has the wind when choosing your restaurant, but a short walk around the options will soon tell you that - and the views are beautiful wherever you are.

Very pretty little place. I spent 4 nights there. Enjoyed wandering about the old town, checking out the stunning architecture and visiting the museums to learn a bit of the history of the place. Hired a bike rode to Lumbarda for a wine tasting another day took a boat to Mljet National Park for the day. Enjoyed relaxing, swimming and reading at the beaches and restaurants.

Long way to Korčuls island but it is fantastic. Nice people, nice places, beautifull clean sea. Very good road so in 30 minutes you can be from one side of the island to the other. Good vine, nice food and in April it is not crowded.

My second time in Korcula and this time I brought my snorkels and the effort paid off. We snorkeled as much as we could and were gratified by so many sea urchins and star fish! The water temperature in late September was just perfect. We kept going back to this one restaurant Marco Polo because the staff Antonio was informative and entertaining. Their Posip (white wine from Korcula) was bar none the best we had! We kept saying next time we could cut short all the other locations in Croatia and just stay longer in Korcula!
1. The staff are incredible and we are so grateful for the kindness and passion of the gentleman who checked us in - a true passion for the island of Korcula and so helpful.
2. The accommodation was just as pictured. It had a lovely seaside feel.
3. The rooms were very clean.
4. We felt very safe and secure in the area.
5. The location of the grounds is excellent.
6. There is great parking for the mobile homes.
7. All things considered, the value for money is fantastic.
The hotel is in an industrial area and has a very "functional" approach to design. I liked it but it may not be to everyone's taste.
Staff were lovely and always helpful.
The sea is only 5 mins away, through a hotel complex. There is a beach bar and water taxi into Korcula old town in daytime.
Terrace outside the room which gets shade in the morning.
Nice rooftop bar, but serving only snacks in the evening, no meals. Snacks were very good though.
Everything was what I expected and more! Room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel, check-in was a breeze, pool area was very nice with an amazing view! The staff was super friendly and professional (includes all staff), room and bath was spacious, bed was comfortable too. Short walk to the old town of Korcula was definatley " a short walk", quiet night at the hotel which was a big + for us. Perfect stay for our family of 3.
Location was a delight ... our room looked across the water to the old town.. so did the dining room and sitting outside during breakfast and dinner was beautiful. Absolutely love the island.. someone said 'where is the best place to swim?' .. well literally anywhere you can get in the sea.. the water is crystal clear. It was less than a 10 minute walk from hotel to town along the water front. Korcula Old Town is a gem.
Tara’s Lodge is a very special boutique hotel. We loved the calm, quiet, lush gardens of the property. Our room was modern and clean and had a large deck with beautiful view of the pool and sea. The outdoor restaurant and bar served delicious food and cocktails. The small private beach has comfortable lounge chairs and easy water access. All of the staff were exceptionally hospitable and helpful.
Nina is a great host. The property is top notch with many nice homey touches- teas, coffee, in the kitchen and nice hotel style amenities in the bathroom. New and modern, air conditioning works really well, comfortable beds, great central location in Old Town that is convenient to everything. Having parking available is an added bonus. Highly recommend!
Villa Marija is perhaps one of the best situated villas on Korcula island. The view is just stunning! The house itself is top notch! It has everything and even more of what you need for your great vacation. Jure, the host, is unbelievable in terms of hospitality, but also discreetness. We will be coming back for sure.
Absolutely lovely apartment on a briliiant location in the heart of Korcula Old Town. There are steps down to sea on 10 metres away, so you can have a swim easily. Very clean and hosting couple are really helpful! There is lovely Restaurant Silk downstairs in this building
The staff were amazingly gracious and attentive. The location is very good, though it's not right in the scenic part of Old Town. On a positive, though, the hotel is right at one of the town's beaches and so it was very convenient for swimming and enjoying the waterfront.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff and high levels of cleanliness. Great G&T bar with fantastic cocktail mixologist. Food was very good, variety at breakfast, beach bar food was tasty. Easy access to surrounding islands and into Korcula Town via water taxi.
Location was close to the Old Town of Korcula and the hosts were amazing and they even cleaned my car after I asked them where I could take my car for a good clean up.
Apartment was nice and clean and looked lije a hotel rather than a regular apartment
Location was perfect - easy walk into Korcula old town, lovely local beach steps from the front door of the hotel.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast everyday was fresh, local, delicious, and generous portions.
The location was perfect, 200m from ferry port and next to Korcùla Old Town. The staff Teha, Nino and the rest were very friendly and helpfull. The hotel are homely and cosy. The breakfast was very good. Definitely highly recommended.
We liked that the hosts welcomed us very well. They pick us up at the ferry to go to the hotel by car. They explained us all activities to do around and were very friendly. The location is quite close to the old city of Korčula.
Really loved everything. Was afraid of the location, being outside the old town, however, the location is perfect. The hotel itself is very new, modern and nicely designed. The staff is fantastic and we loved our stay.
The apartment is very spacious, clean & comfortable. The location is perfect in Korcula old town, walking distance to everything. The host was so lovely and gave some great tips. Excellent communication.
Charming and fully furnished apartment. Don't seek for something else, I know many of 3* hotels who doesn't provide this quality of service. Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay at your place.
