Luckily we stayed this clean and well equipped place. It was perfect place for Plitvice. Just across from Mukinje. It takes 20~30min(slowly) on foot to Entrance #2. We could rest well after a long walk in the Plitvice national park. And our host welcomed us so kindly and he gave us many helpful information.
Thank you so much.

This guest house was a perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice lakes! Location is amazing, just 20 min walking from entrance 2 and 6 min by car to entrance 1. The room was clean, there was a shared kitchen. We arrived quite late and the owners were kind enough to wait for us.
There was also a place to park the car.

Lovely, peaceful and cosy place, ideally located at twenty minutes walking to the entrance 2 of Plitvice National Park through a safety path into the woods. Our host was very kind and available to advice us, the garden has little toys for kids and our room was very clean, we do recommand Dado's house !
Hvala :)

The room I was in was large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I was really, pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The photos don't do the place justice.
I was in room 3 and had a very spacious room which included:
• A large, comfortable bed and bedding.
• An additional single bed.
• Large bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Towels provided.
• Large wardrobe with shelving, hanging and cupboards.
• TV, air-conditioner, heating, a kettle, mugs and glasses.
There was a shared fridge, freezer, crockery and cutlery but no cooking facilities.
Parking is available (but I didn’t use it as I travelled by bus).
The owner and staff were prompt and helpful in their communications (I booked and messaged via booking.com).
Helpful information in the entrance hall about the local area, including contact details for a taxi driver.
Excellent hot water in the bathroom (which was really nice as my last accommodation was a hostel).
Excellent internet. I used it for a video call on Zoom and had no trouble.
The guest house is:
• Less than a 5-minute walk from the Mukinje bus stop (I caught the bus from Zagreb).
• A 5 - 10-minute walk to a small supermarket called Robni Centar.
• An easy bus ride to Plitvice entrance 1 or 2 (I paid €2 for the bus one way) or walk to entrance 2 (it’s about 2km from the guest house to entrance 2).
• About a 5 minute walk to Pizzeria Vučnica (which, as a solo traveller and small eater, did me for three meals!).
• Buses are available from Mukinje to Bihac, you just have to book two tickets – one from Mukinje to Ličko Petrovo Selo and then Ličko Petrovo Selo to Bihac. It’s the same bus (no need to change buses at Ličko Petrovo Selo) and stops at the border crossing between Croatia and Bosnia.
I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.
Plitvice tip: book tickets online in advance and get to the park when it opens to have a little time without the crowds. 2 day (consecutive day) tickets are...

Room was lovely. We had 2 conjoining double rooms with an ensuite. It rained but we still loved sitting on the balcony over the garden. Great proximity to the Lakes, about a 25 minute walk from Entrance 2. Staff are really friendly, they chased us down to lend us an umbrella when they saw we were leaving for dinner in the rain. 10 minute walk from a local pizza shop with great staff and good food. Bus stop 3 is about a 5 minute walk from the property. Staff don't speak much English but it was easy to communicate through the app and we didn't have any trouble in person either. They were kind enough to set up a fridge outside our room so that we could bring food to the Lakes with us.
Adriana Guesthouse is 3 km from the UNESCO-listed Plitvice Lakes. Featuring free Wi-Fi and free parking, it offers free barbecue facilities, a terrace and a gazebo.

Everything: location, friendly staff, good food, accommodation.
Close to Plitvice Lakes, town and shops. Great place to switch off and relax. Room and all facilities were well maintained, clean and comfortable. Spa and sauna room was a lovely bonus and set up beautifully. Ana, who was our amazing host, set us up each day with a generous breakfast which was big enough that it also counted as lunch.

Must see place but only for 2 days. We went in September and had 1 rainy day and 1 sunny day. Area is quite spread out, a car would make things easier but plenty of reasonable taxis. The flix bus stopped at all 3 stops, entrance 1,2 and Mukinje.

Both the Plitvice Lakes National Park and many other surrounding places (Slunj Rastoke village, Caves of Barać) are gorgeous. Lots of activities available (e.g. a deer ranch, horse riding, an adrenaline park) within driving distance.

Perfect location if you want to visit the lakes and the surroundings.
The "pizza" place close by is good (Bistro Vucnica). It can be crowded and they don't have enough waitresses. You might have to wait a bit if you go at busy times. Pizza was good. Mukinje market was open until 19.30 (not sure about their working hours) They have pretty much all you need for your stay.
I stayed only for one night and I didn't have the opportunity to explore longer. Definitely get to the National Park first thing in the morning, before they open (07.00) and you will have the park almost for yourself, at least for the first couple of hours. Be prepared to walk for 10km.
I recommend you to stay in Sixteen Lakes Guest House.

Beautiful scenery even if it was rainy!
Beautiful scenery even if it was rainy! A little paradise on earth.
If you love nature and hiking that's the place for you.
A great place to visit even with the family, hike with your little discoverers!
The accommodation: Nice, quiet house, clean room with flowered balcony. Parking in front of the door.
Location: In Jezerce, literally a 5 minute drive from park entrance 2.
Meals: Breakfast is very generous, ideal for starting a long walk. Dinner is good and again with generous portions. Very good value for money.
Service: Our hostess was Elena, the daughter of the house. She immediately makes you feel at home. She is a good ambassador for her region and her country.
In short: recommendable!
The place is great. The lady that works there was so nice. We came late at night and she waited for us for check-in.
The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh and taste so good.
She also helped us understand our way to the waterfalls that are nearby (we walked there for about 20 min).
I recommend the place for travelers that wants to come and enjoy the want to enjoy the waterfalls and want to spend the night at a great hotel.
the rooms were very modern and clean. the beds are actually really comfortable. however, the staff or Tomi made this stay exceptional. he catered to our every need and laid out breakfast every morning, which was delicious. he also recommended restaurants we should go to. also, having a jacuzzi and sauna to ourselves was quite nice. lastly, the location of the hotel was only a 12 minute drive to the National park. everything was lovely
Very nice house quite close to Plitvice Lakes (entrance 2). Room with terrace and bathroom very well maintained and equipped...one could say 5 stars hotel!. Valinka is just the perfect host very helpful and highly knowledgeable of the park...her advices were gold!!.
If I come back to Plitvice, I know where to stay!
The host are very nice, this is a family business. The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinners; not much diversity but this is not a hotel so you cannot ask for more. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and nice design.
The location is close to the entrance no.2, in a very quite area.
Host was very helpful, cheerful, and attentive. Hotel is about 3-5 minutes drive from a free place to park for Plitvice (20 minute walk after that). Very clean. Room smelled good. Well priced. Free parking on site. The only grocery store is a 5 minute drive from hotel.
Everything was great! Clean and big room with a modern bathroom, friendly and welcoming host and good breakfast. Hotel located in the forest, 5 minutes drive from entrance #1 to beautiful Plitvice Lakes. I will definitely stay here again when I come to visit the Park.
The rooms in the main building are completely new and very comfortable. The place is less than 10 mins drive from the Plitvice Lakes Entrance 1.
Perfect location for 1-2 nights stay at Plitvice Lakes. Very nice staff, cool little boutique hotel, nice food.
A small and cristal clean house, with three rooms with private bathrooms and a kitchen with all the facilities - besides the hotels, I think it is the closest accomodation to the entrance 2 - maximum 3 km. And the hosts are very dutiful.
Host (lady) was very nice and helpful. She doesn't speak English very well but was trying find another way to communicate.
Breakfast even better then in hotels.
It was close to Plitvicka Jezera entrance. Few minutes in walk.
Location is great, near Plitvice Lakes entrance.
Jezerce is nice for taking a walk.
Apartment has all you need.
Very good value for money.
Communication with the owner was top.
I highly recommend.
Everyone in here is adorable and the food is excellent it has nothing to be jalous about not being an hôtel because in term of experience and everything its way better that i could imagin !!
The hotel didn't have breakfast, but it very easy to get, in another hotel nearby. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The owner was very kind and the place is wonderful!!!
It was pretty nice little place, very close to the park. The hosts were amazing. The breakfast was extra but well worth the price. Had all the amenities for it's hotel class.
