Good sized apartment with outside space, well equipped and comfy bed. Nice quiet location only 10 mins drive from the national park. There is a small supermarket and a couple of places to eat within walking distance.
We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice.
We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice. We booked our tickets a day before for 7am. I'm glad we went early as from 9am the park was very busy. We used entrance 2, for a longer walk (but not the longest), it was very good until we reached entrance 1 (by small ferry) which was extremely busy. I do not recommend entrance 1 as the queue for ferry was very very long. Generally avoid busy periods if you want to enjoy nature.

Restaurant of choice was GRAND LAKES RESTAURANT, Plitvicka Jezera. Wonderful food and friendly staff.
Barac Caves is the perfect place to chill, play area for children and three forest trails leading from the carpark. Exceptionally clean and plush toilets there too!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice lakes national park, i.e. only a short ride by car of 10-15 min. to entrance 1 as well as entrance 2 of the Plitvice national park. Several good restaurants as well to choose between.

Our host was very nice and helpful . The room was very clean and has everything that we need for our short stay. Breakfast was prepared for us and was delicious. There are few restaurants in a very close proximity. Sara recommended us one of restaurant and the menu was great.

Lovely countryside area. Close to Plitvice National Park. Also there are a lot of additional walks to be made in the area. If you enjoy riding a bike, the whole area can be explored by bike.
Also rafting and kayaking are an option for the area.
Everything was perfect!
The host was very nice, she pleasantly surprised us. He welcomed us with a drink and a welcome cake! He gives a nice welcome to all tourists. Throughout the stay, the host was very kind and offered us drinks from the minibar for free. And for the visit to Plitvice Park, he offered us the opportunity to make sandwiches for breakfast. The breakfast products are fresh and of the best quality. If I return to the area, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel!
Restaurant food was delicious and breakfast was different from the usual buffet - we could order our choice of egg omelette or pancake. Room had a modern interior and there was space to put our luggage. Free parking.
Would advise to balance the cost of the hotel with the 10minute drive to Plitvice and the parking fees there.
We stayed only one night after visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. The friendly host welcomed us. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Everything there for us. A beautiful location. We wish we stayed there longer!
Well-priced and the breakfast was really good. The guesthouse is a great option if you’re visiting Plitvice and don’t want to spend too much. You share the same facilities with the hotel guests, yet at a more favourable price.
Such a lovely hotel with most wonderful staff. We stayed 2 nights to properly discover Plitvicka Jezera but we wished we have stayed more just to enjoy everything the hotel was offering
