The location was amazing. Amidst convenient stores and gd eatery. Best that it is walking distance to the best Mira malls and Harbour. MTRs are nearby. Even the airport buses are within reach. Can’t ask for more. The hotel is fairly new and clean with nice cafe in the lobby. Love it.

Check-in was ok. Even if my booking had an issue, the hotel was very kind to accommodate us and let us allow to pay via cash. Best Western is right along Dex Voeux so it's easy to travel to Central via the tram since we could just catch the tram in front of the hotel, however the Sai Yin Pun MTR Station is a bit of a walk. The room was big enough and I wished they'd offer queen beds. The room was clean enough, carpet's a bit old -- looked dirty but all in all, the amenities were OK.
