It's very central - just on the corner of Jordan Road and Nathan Road. If travelling by MTR, make sure you use the B1 exit at Jordan station. The entrance to the building is just three steps away, across the pavement. There are two lifts. The one on the left goes up to the 11th floor (the one on the right only does up to 7th floor).
Staff were friendly and helpful. Though small, the room was clean, the air con worked, and it was functional for a very short stay. There's a microwave and fridge out in the corridor.

I stayed at all three branches (Harilela, Burlington, and Haiphon). Harilela and Burlington were absolutely fantastic. Clean, quiet, and well-appointed. There was a fridge and hot water inside the room, and a microwave in the common area. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very good. The Haipon branch was not as good though; a little bit more noise from other guests and the bathroom not as good. It was still good though, just not as good as the other two branches.
