The room was spacious for hing kong standards. The house keeping crew and hotel staffs were very helpful and attentive all the time.

Clean, but dated and tired, and the rooms are very small (especially the miniscule bathroom) but this is reflected in the price.
As always, you get what you pay for.
However, there are issues that COULD be addressed:
Staff attitude at reception was terrible. Slow, rude, and giving out wrong information/answers to simple and specific questions.
1) is there a smoking area?
Was told "no".
But there is.
2) is there any "western" food as part of the breakfast buffet, or is it all Asian-style noodles etc.
Was told "no"
But there is.
And so it goes on.
The lifts/elevators are ridiculously slow. Allow at least ten minutes to call and wait for one to arrive, and then about five minutes for it to travel to/from your floor.
On more than one occasion, the staircase to the emergency exit (32nd floor) was blocked by the room-service cart.
Book with low expectations and you'll be ok. If you are expecting the usual Ramada standard, then you'll be disappointed.
