Really beautiful relaxing hotel. The staff were extremely helpful with the many queries I had about Crete. The room was immaculate and modern. It had everything I could possibly need. The breakfast was amazing and the pool area really lovely. I will definitely be back.

First and foremost, the staff was absolutely wonderful. I felt welcome the entire time I was there. Especially the small things —replacing my empty cappuccino with a fresh one at breakfast without me having to ask— struck me as entirely kind and thoughtful. The room was clean, towels were replaced every day. The parking lot was secure and easily accessible. Obviously the location was great, too — right in the heart of the harbor. Also, do try the food. Dinner was exceptional every time! Have I mentioned how great the staff is?

This was our first visit to Chania and it was amazing. It exceeded our expectation. The hotel is perfectly situated along the port and close to all amenities.
