We loved the apartment. It was a great space for a young family. The host was lovely and even left toys for our toddler. The apartment is walking distance from local beach coves, so we enjoyed daily swims in the sea. Quiet area but nice restaurants and we really just enjoyed staying in the apartment.

The owner showed us the public, free part of the beach, to the left of Varciza Resort which we preferred. Nice bakerys and a supermarket just outside and busstops for the buss to Athen close by.

The rooms are clean and tidy. There is a nice balcony which you can enjoy in the evenings. The staff at check in are friendly. The pool is a good size and quite cute. The location is also not too bad.
Great location. Woke up every morning with the sunrise over the mountains on the Aegean Sea from my bedroom. Very clean apartment and airy, with many windows and sliding glass doors.
My only concern was finding the address, as there was no number to the building and no contact to host at the site, or anyone. We did have Greek friend that was able to make contact with someone which saved the day. Get those things fixed and taken care of and you have 10/10 property.

So I would keep checking if the the beach for facilities, the food is cheap two supermarkets if self catering, bus 122 &117 frequent take you to the metro into Athens the lakes not far away locals frendly nice small square near the beach watch the locals chatting.

The house is very comfortable and very clean with all required facilities, with a big veranda and a terrace with a spectacular view. It is located at the best area of the town no more than five minutes walk from the seaside

I highly recommend Varkiza Seaside Penthouse with Private Roof Deck for a short or a long staying for a great vacation

It's a nice place for some cheap shopping, hair dressers, massages and restaurants. It's great to be close to the seaside and the countryside. It's easy to get to island and so on. Some beaches are free but dirty. It's easy to leave the car there and to enjoy it.
Simply Fantastic! The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities needed for travelers, and has an incredible VIEW of the whole bay! Absolutely breathtaking. Eftichia, the owner, was very kind and extremely helpful. A few minutes walk to a fantastic beach and many tavernas offering local and international dishes. The location is perfect for a very relaxing beach vacation with some side trips into Athens for all the sites/antiquities. We will return - for sure. Thank you again, Eftichia! Ilya :)
The apartment is close to Yabanaki beach (10min walk). And at around 20 min by car from the airport (uber around 25-30euros).
Caffès and restaurants can be found at around 5 min walk.
It has a big living room connected with a fully equipped kitchen with a hallway that connects to bedroom and bathroom.
Everything was clean.
The terrace is very cool.
We really enjoyed staying here and really recommend this place! (Hope we'll get back in the future)
Modern house with huge living room, plenty of space to store your luggage, nice terrace, quiet because it is located in the rear of the street in a nice little garden. No private parking but we found easily in the streets nearby. Close to restaurants and various markets. Dimitris is very reactive and had little attentions in the fridge like bottle of water and made check in and out very easy.
Great location. The host has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into designing the house. Very quite neighbourhood, close to the beach and cafes/restaurants. Our daughter loved picking lemons from the lemon tree in the front yard of the house.
