I recently discovered an absolute gem in Zakynthos – a marvelous hotel that provided an absolutely amazing experience. Having stayed in numerous five-star hotels across Europe and Dubai, this one truly offers a unique and personalized experience.
Hospitality:
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest welcome I've ever received at a five-star hotel. The staff's dedication to guest wellbeing is evident in every interaction. They go out of their way to make you smile, laugh, and ensure you feel completely taken care of. Unlike some places, there's no pressure or forced services, which adds to the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The Greek hospitality was excellent, adding to the overall warmth and friendliness of the stay.
Outstanding Management:
A special mention goes to Chrysa, the hotel manager, who is truly one of a kind. She made my stay feel like home, taking exceptional care of me throughout my visit. Chrysa's attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort was remarkable. Her efforts to ensure that I was comfortable at all times did not go unnoticed and added a personal touch that elevated my experience. Chrysa is the sweet person, and during my stay, she became a great friend. It's very rare to find such amazing hotel managers, and I wish her the best.
Maria was incredibly friendly and always available to give advice. Her readiness to help and the nice chats we had were really delightful and added to the overall positive experience.
Bar Service:
Stematis at the bar deserves a special note for his exceptional service. He is a great gentleman who made tasty coffees. His friendliness added another layer of enjoyment to my stay.

The dining experience at the hotel is truly delightful. Mary and her wonderful team paid attention to detail and dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience were evident in every dish served.

EVERYTHING! A BIG thank you to all the staff of this resort! Especially to Fofi! We booked here for our honeymoon and everything was simply magical. The views are incredible and the whole experience is beautiful. The staff is amazing and really friendly, they really care about their guests comfort and even if you face an issue they go above and beyond to solve it. The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing.
Definitely coming back here next year for our anniversary! Highly recommended.

I think you can spend really just a day or two in this island. If you do the tour it will quickly take you through all of the big tourist areas. I would say stay in Planos since there is nightlife and you can do the beach clubs

Zakynthos has a beauty all it's own...it is by far the greenest of the islands we visited while in Greece (Mykonos, Santorini). It is a hidden gem and definitely worth exploring. It didn't seem as touristy as other places. We really enjoyed our visit!

Tragaki is more relaxed are than Tsilivi. There are some fantastic small beaches which are never too crowded. The beach bars and tavernas offer all that you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The restaurants around Tragaki are some of the best, our favourite was Amboula Beach Restaurant. With the sun going down while you enjoy your evening meal, six feet away from the gently breaking waves, it is idyllic. There are some low-key cocktail bars to enjoy as well so your night doesn't have to end too early. Overall Tragaki is a lovely place to relax, with Tsilivi just a 5 minute taxi ride away if you prefer a larger resort.

Nothing to do in Tragaki, nearest tourist spot is Tsivili which is awful. Stay away unless you like cheap looking cocktail bars, Brit-Greek food (chips and more chips), tourist crap shops and more bars.
The room was very clean (I stayed in a pool view room) it had amenities that a holiday resort should. I required several changes to my booking before going and found the service of support excellent. There was access to a small beach from the hotel.
Daily food choices were a great variety - definitely something for everyone.
Quad bikes can be hired from just around the corner - I recommend Caretta as they gave the best price - and it’s great for exploring the island and cheaper than taxis if you keep it all day and night.
Was there for 5 nights. Food is very good - wide selection. I do not know why some complaint about it. Maybe variety of snacks could be more. Our room had private pool(first flow) - it was very nice for kids. Very small, but cozy beach about 250m from hotel. Also ATM is in area, several stores are also in hand reach. There is option for late check-out if needed. Waterpark is inside hotel territory and is quite good. We booked it via booking com so tourist fee was included,
Booking the Villa Vozas was the best thing that we could do when coming to Zakynthos! We came as a group of six friends and we had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us as it was really nice, authentic and quiet in Tragaki. We had a rental car so we could see all the beautiful places on the island. The owner was the BEST! We we’re welcomed so nicely and even given wine a local fruit :) I would totally recommend Villa Vozas and would definitely come back.
The hotel itself is really nice for the pool and the view you get. The beach wasnt super nice and for what you are paying I was expecting better service. The rooms themselfs were big and the rooms with a pool were also nice since you got a view of the ocean along with your own pool.
The food while I had it was actual good. For tourist trappy food the greek salad was actully great. The drinks were good and easy enough.
Service was out of this world. The staff is so eager to help, give recommendations which are always incredible. We got upgraded as soon as we got there, we ordered room services late and got service with a smile. Stamatis, the star of the staff knew us by name, remembered us as well as our coffee order in the morning, we were served like royalty. I would honestly be happy to go back and strongly recommend this hotel
Fantastic green area to rest far from the city. The owner of the property is very kind and extremely helpful. The place is very clean and nice. If you like quiet private places, but still close to the sea and some nice beaches beside restaurants and hotels, that is the right place to stay. Highly recommended!

Jimmy's Studios is perfect place for holiday. It's quiet, clean, very well located place with access to the sea. Hosts are so friendly and helpful. The ratio of value to price is definetely great. I think the description needs few update though. There was no free toiletries, nor hairdryers. The beach (visible on pictures) in majority belongs to the hotel.

beautiful and enjoyable to stay ! the pool is spectacular and also it has a nice private beach on the hotel . the breakfast is another chapter that should be mentioned . simply great , the pastry is delicious and so many other options that you can stop to eat . wow ! the staff is great and tries to help you in any need you have .
Very nice hotel right on the beach. the hotel is amazing and the staff is great, the pool is very nice so about the kids pool, rooms are very clean, i have really enjoyed my staying there and i do recommend this hotel.
Lesante is one of exclusive hotels in the area.. My experience was also good with my wife.. It was very clean, food and restautants are exceptionally good and staff was really nice.
