The location and the view was perfect. The external balcony was just amazing! The room was only a short walk from Bella Vraka beach and the Syvota bay. Towels provided for both the pool and the bath, really useful.

Apart of being every thing superb, for this second stay on this hotel I can say that; We arrived late evening and the staff, was able to accomodate our request for a sea view room. Nina the front desk girl was very kind and polity.

We spent our 2023 summer vacation and the place was amazing! The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done.
Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar.
She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.

It is a sweet little town.
It is a sweet little town. We enjoyed to walk early morning in port, to have a breakfast, and take the dinner at night. There are some perfect restaurants in port. There were lots of beaches around the town, and a port not to far to travel to Kerkyra by car.

We have visited Sivota several times.
We have visited Sivota several times. It's a great choice if you want a small, quiet and very beautiful place. In June and September it's not crowded like Rhodes and Crete. You might need a car if you want to go on sightseeing outside the town - e.g. the wonderful coastal town Parga, Corfu is only 1½ hour away, or you can find Archeon River further up in the valley. A car is also valid if you don't want to climb the steep roads up from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and at the harbour front - no gourmet here, but still acceptable. Our favourite is Blue Coast and afterwards Bamboo Place for a couple of ouzos or cocktails.

WE are arriving to Sivota already for the 8-9th time and we love it. Now after 3 years (COVID) we traveled also / again with our Kids and the nice thing is, Some of the good places, are recognizing us, the kids (they being with us from their Babytime)
Regardless that it has grown as all Sea Destinations, many new hotels open, and it has become fuller.
People are nice, regardless the stress to serve, but Food and Quality makes us coming back next years. Even if we might buy a flat.
This was our second visit at syvota and it did not disappoint. Mr. Simos and his daughter Irene were excellent hosts and they have given us great tips for the area. The place is exactly what you see in the photos. Nice spacious garden (if you have kids they'll probably love it as well) and comfortable rooms. It is literally 2-3 minute walk to the village (but it is really quiet) and 10-15 minutes to most of the beaches by car. I would definitely recommend it for your visit there.
Location is perfect.Near beaches and easy walk to center Syvota.Everything was excellent! The host are superb.The place is so cozy, clean(cleaned every day ),comfortable and quiet. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom,comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
Everyday we had on table some Greek treats or fruits.We thank Mrs.Sofia and her family for their hospitality.Would love to come back again.I higly recommendid this apartments.
The pool was huge and very clean, the staff very friendly and were asking us all the time if we need something further, also they were suggesting us the best options for food and beaches to visit! I strongly suggest to book to this hotel, very quiet location, appropriate to relax and eat breakfast in a garden full of trees and flowers, by having a view to the pool! I would definitely visit it again!
Everything was perfect for a laid back vacation. The apartment was very comfortable and super clean (it was cleaned every day during my stay). The small secluded beach was all I needed to swim and enjoy the sun. The huge balcony has enough space to eat, work remotely, do yoga, whatever you wish! The owners are super friendly and available to help you with anything you need.

Breakfast was a highlight, it was much better that a typical breakfast you get in hotels. It was freshly prepared by the owner everyday for each guest, very delicious and with great quality of products.
The most important beaches are within 10min drive from the place, same for the town centre.

Amazing updated apartment. It is even bigger and more beautiful than it looks in the photos. Easy and quick communication with the owner. The bed was comfy, huge bathtub/shower, wifi worked good , washing machine, big fridge, and lot of hot water is always appreciated in Greece. Easy parking next to the house- All perfect thank you so much!
We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The facilities were great. The hotel is located right above the beach, which gives you the opportunity to choose between the pool and the sea. The room was big and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were asked to let them know when we wanted them to clean our room due to COVID restrictions, which was nice.
Great host, very clean, modern and comfortable set up, incredible views. Ideal for a family of four. Short drive to Syvota’s centre and a number of local beaches. But what made it exceptional was the host’s attentiveness, going the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The perfect spot just outside of sivota. It’s near a really nice beach! The staff were super friendly and we had a clean room every day. Perfect with air conditioning, we rented a boat through the hotel and had the best day!
