Syvota is a small village on a beautiful calm bay - harbour with yachts. There are good restaurants, art and souvenir shops and smal supermarkets. There is a smal sandy beach, and many different beaches near by. People are kind and friendly. The photos on the internet don`t lie - it is really stunning place!

Amazing view, spacious villa, lots of outside space, beautiful infinity pool, outside kitchen, massive outside table to entertain.
Villa is hard to find,, its up a mountain 10 minutes from the harbour, you must have a car and be happy driving up rugged roads.
No taxi service from the harbour to the villa

Sivota is delightful. Wonderful views and setting. Good range of restaurants. The Ionian is great for fish, especially dorada. Delfinia and Stavros also good. Stavros has the best wine but its pricey. Don't miss the orange cake at Sivota bakery! If you need to get up the hill in the evening, a taxi is possible but expensive.

Sivota is a beautiful natural harbour so attracts a lot of boats, this is great as there is a good choice of tavernas and bars and they are of a really good quality. You can hire boats from Sivota for day trips to the caves and near by islands for lunch. There are beaches nearby also, a car is a must. All the accommodation in the surrounding areas are villas which all have amazing views either down over Sivota or out to sea.
The villa was beautifully presented and in a lovely place overlooking the bay. It was great having a private path straight into Sivota along the water front. The access to the sea was better than expected with a good path and deckchairs at the waters edge. We had a very friendly welcome and some lovely treats of wine and a huge bowl of fresh fruit. The villa was immaculately clean and comfortable.
Everything. Very kind and helpfull Host. Calm and private place with beautiful greek stone house, pool and grill place. With everything what you need for perfect holydays.Five minutes by car to the shop, restaurants and charming Sivota where you can rent a boat and eat great dinner. If you need more entertaiment you can go to Nydri (20 minutes by car/motorbike). Thank you for our perfect stay.
Sofia’s house was great for us. We stayed two nights prior to boarding for a cruise from Sivota. The host was very easy to deal with and was easy to contact. The house is walking distance to the marina, all the cafes and shopping in Sivota. The house has several guest rooms, and it all seemed to have been recently renovated. It was very clean.
The property was immaculate, both indoors and outside. The location is great with a spectacular view of the Sivota bay. The staff did an incredible job at making us feel welcome and to ensure that our stay was perfect. Looking forward to coming back!
The location is beautiful; lovely views over Sivota harbour and within easy reach of all the amenities. The balcony is great to sit out and watch all the boats coming in. Panos the owner is really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Great location being only a 2 minute walk to restaurants of Sivota. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette was fully equipped. View from the balcony was lovely and you could watch the boats all day long. A proper apartment not just a room.

The villa is beautiful and amazing. It's on the main road to Sivota and you can walk by foot up to the village. The patio area is great for barbeque. It is quiet and you can enjoy your stay there.
Very clean apartment, great location to walk into bay, a real bonus being able to park at the property, as anyone who visits Sivota Bay will know it can be very difficult to find a parking space.
