We had a wonderful stay at Ekavi hotel and we would gladly come back again!
Most of all we loved the location of the hotel - it is by the sea. The hotel has its own private beach that has perfect depth for swimming and still safe enough. We were having every breakfast with the view to the sea and some dinners at hotel's taverna.
From the very first moment when you enter the hotel you feel that it is a family business and all the staff cares about it. Usually there is an owner Soula at the reception and she helps and gives plenty advices about everything, including travelling around Crete. She speaks English and German fluently. Also the girl and the men working at the hotel's taverna are nice, too.
We read some negative comments about the breakfast, but for us it was better that we expected were prepared to. The food was fresh, there were boiled eggs, 2 types of ham, cheese, plenty of feta, tomatoes, cucumbers, some good pastry and ect. Not a huge choice, but the food was good and absolutely sufficient for the breakfast.
We also enjoyed dining in the hotel's taverna.

So far the best interior apartment i stayed in Crete.
Split level very nice decorated inside.
Excellent even the patio with little shared garden and the little shared pool, good for refreshing.
Full equipped kitchen even for long stays and the two toilets (one with shower). Perfect air con and shower outside for sand removing are the details i found more convenient. The beach is close (quite rocky the closest, but u have sandy nearby, as coffeshop and supermarket. Last plus is that host is super responsive.
Surrounded by the largest olive grove on the island of Crete, Kapsaliana Village is nestling in a peaceful location with superb views of the countryside and the sea.

The property had everything. A great pool, superb dining experiences and excellent accommodation. It is very quiet and the breakfast was extremely comprehensive, catering for all tastes.

Food was very good, fresh and different everyday, the range of cocktails in all inclusive offer was fantastic, room and hotel was very clean, but the most important what I have to mention is Staff. People working there are extremely helpful and polite, very welcoming and their hospitality...I have never met this before in any other place, 10/10. We had such a great week in Rethymno Palace especially on the beach bar with fantastic guys working there. Thank you so much for all your heart and kindness you showed us, to make our stay such a lovely adventure! ❤

We stayed here some time ago, so it was an obvious choice this year as well. Throughout the hotel it is evident that someone has thought about every detail. It's elegant, efficient and comfortable. We would love to return here next time.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach. The pool is small but cute. The room was specious and had everything you need for a holiday. The room could use a tocuh up. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. We had half board included and the food was tasty but options for dinner were limited. The girl in the restaurant was rude and annoyed for no obvious reasons, but that didnt bother us as much.
It was great value for money. We would recommend and visit again.
The location is great if you want to get away from the city. We had a private swimming pool, beach, and rooftop, everything was just amazing. However, if you want to experience city nightlife it's a bit inconvenient as Sfakaki is about 1 hour away from both Chania and Heraklion. Overall, we loved it. The host was accommodating, the cleaning lady would come over every few days to clean the house and change the towels. The tavern the host recommended was amazing so go check it out.
Very nice structure, with small apartments on 2 levels: master bedroom upstairs and kitchen and kids beds downstairs, we had also 2 balconies with very nice room.
The managers are very nice and friendly, helpful and provided us with plenty of hints for places to visit and good restaurants.
The hotel has also a bar and a restaurant where you can eat delicious servings; the hotel organizes special menus typically on weekends.
There is also a very nice swimming pool wi5h sunbeds.
half of a villa for your own, own pool, parking spot and barbecue spot. well climatized with own unit for each room (except one of the bedrooms!!!). exceptional view, especially at sundown, ten minute walk to turtle beach, which is very nice for it is not very crowded. in short walking distance you can find some good restaurants. the owner is very helpful and always around. the coffee machine was broken and he instantly replaced it
Nikos and Tonya are lovely hosts, very communicative and welcoming. We stayed in an apartment no.102. Big apartment with a separate bedroom and a huge balcony with a view towards the sea and the hills.
The shower is very good, hot and powerful. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. Located 10kms from Rethymnon in an area with many new developments.

Super nice stuff, perfect swinning pool and tarrace with nice view. Apartments were spaceful with view from balcony. Location is far from the city but there is beach, market, some restaurants near by. We will be back for sure:)
