the landlady is extremely helpful and kind: because the ferry was not leaving from rafina we suddenly needed a transfer to lavrio in the early morning. this was not a problem at all and cathy eaven made sure that we climbed the correct ferry!

Very nice place. Walkingdistance to/from the harbour. The hostess very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night. Will defintely try to stay here again next time we need a place to stay in Rafina!

We were given a selection of fruit and yogurt with several other items for breakfast which was a nice surprise. We decided to walk to the apartment which was about a 10-15 minute walk from the ferry terminal - we stopped mid way for a iced-coffee. On arrival our host noted we should have made contact as she would have collected us.

The place is very clean, tidy, new, modern and well equipped . It is very close to the Rafina port , good location to travel to Santorini and Mykonos . Easy access to restaurants and shops. There is a washing machine and nice air conditioning . However, there are few points to mention so your place would be flawless. There is no bedside table or lamps in the room ; the TV in the room is better placed facing the bed ; there is no shampoo and hair conditioner; the building company should install lights inside the entrance hall and the stairs as it is very dangerous at night time . I could not see clearly to walk up or downstairs. There is no bigger hand towel . Thank you .

RAFINA is a nice town to visit and stay even for a longer period for those who appreciate the possibility to wander in the nature, the forestry hills and the seaside. Many ships going to the islands and booking tickets is very easy. Rafinna has a lot of cafeterias, restaurants, good supermarkets for food and lots of small shops for other necessities. Nice friendly people.
Our impressions are from March, so in the busy summer months things might be different. But we were very satisfied. An impressive monastery nearby, Saint Efraim´s near Nea Makri.

The room is very clean and nice, beautiful decor. Wifi is super fast. Great location near the port. But above all, the thing that made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the host. He go above and beyond expectation. He even took us to the port in the early morning of our departure to make sure we do not miss our ferry. If we come to the area again, definitely will stay there.

Consider coming into Rafina rather than Piraeus if you're visiting some of the Greek isles and taking a ferry to Athens. Rafina is much closer to the airport, less congested, very lovely, and the perfect way to end a trip to Greece before flying home.

I am not happy with Chris the host.
I am not happy with Chris the host. Who actually cancelled my account saying that I did not show up. I have conversations history with him on WhatsApp. I have a receipt from him that I paid my €190. He has asked me from the first day I arrived if I want to pay less than $190 I can pay him 170 all up. And he will go on Booking.com to say that I did not turn up. Which I refused. Because this could destroy my reputation with Booking.com. I insisted I paid the whole amount $190 and I want a receipt which I have. Once I arrived in Australia, I noticed that booking.com shows that I did not show up. this is totally false. I am trying to contact him on WhatsApp, but he’s refusing to respond to me. I have paid the full amount. This explains why he’s only got a handful of reviews. He has cancelled people before obviously after receiving cash.

We stayed at Avra for one night after taking a ferry from Paros and awaiting a flight the next day back to the States. Can easily walk to the hotel from the Rafina port and you can watch the ferry boats come in from the balcony. Nice view of the beach. Ate at the hotel restaurant which was actually very good (not a lie, best Greek salad we had in Greece). Free airport shuttle was awesome and took 20 minutes to get to the airport. AC worked great, excellent water pressure/hot water/basic bath supplies.
Aggeliki the host was fab, communication was excellent and had ensured we had everything that made our stay memorable. Provisions were supplied which was not expected and even gave us lift in her car to pick up some things from the supermarket, so kind. The apartment is faultless incredibly comfortable and relaxing and the view is stunning. It has with everything you need. An easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Rafina where there were lots of restaurants and tavernas.
We stayed at the Argyro Suite recently and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect - close to the beach and restaurants, but also in a quiet area. The host was very friendly and helpful, and they were always available to answer our questions. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Rafina.
Our stay at the apartment in Rafina was absolutely wonderful! The view of the port and sunrise was breathtaking, the apartment was immaculately clean and stocked with delicious treats. The host was incredibly friendly and polite, and even offered us transportation to and from the airport - a much better option than taxi. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Indigo was exceptionally clean and well supplied with everything we could possibly need. Our hostess kept in touch and was easy to reach with any questions. The neighborhood was upscale and quiet.
The apartment was so very tastefully decorated! We spent a lot of our time on either of the two patios enjoying the view of the ocean. We will stay there again on our next trip to Rafina!
