Stunning location and the property is beautiful.
The host Stephen was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. From providing lemons and ice for gin and tonics too advice re dinner and beach swims. We all 5 would happily return.

Location was set back but close to centre of beach area.
Very clean. Facilities include a lovely pool area outdoor (covered) seating area, indoor Lounge and bar.
Prices exceptionally cheap.
The room was dated but did not detract from overall experience. Bathroom brand new.
Maria and family were very friendly and helpful.

After so many less than satisfactory budget accommodations, i needed this. The rooms are spacious; not that i used it much but the kitchen was properly equipped for self-catering. Even if its slightly aging, this is a decent “hotel” and the family have been running this place competently for some time. You can tell! It’s also a very short walk down to the beach and restaurants, and the gardens below the balcony are pleasant to look out on in place of a sea view. The parking is good. And so are the owners. You just feel satisfied straight away. Also the general area is good for visiting. And a couple of good supermarkets aren’t far down the highway.

Comfortable bed, super clean, well-equipped kitchen which was immaculate. Rooms had been painted pre-season so everything looked really new and fresh. Service was excellent.

The location was around 20 minutes from Kalamata, and 20 minutes from Kardamili village. It was very calm and had an amazing view.

The property was spacious and full of light, with panoramic view of the sea. The three separate bedrooms had three different bathrooms, two of them inside the bedroom. There are facilities like fridge, microwave, washing machine. The three bedrooms are in different levels connected by stairs.The main bedroom is in the basement with curtains. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with shutters. There is a terrasse, a balcony and an outside sitting area. Free parking outside the house.

Lovely modern apartment with a large balcony with a panoramic view over Stoupa. Great bed, lovely bathroom as well as all other facilities. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets from our balcony. Situated slightly above Stoupa which was perfect and an easy car ride to the beach/shops. Although we never met Maria , she was very accessible and quick to reply to queries. We would love to return.
