For the first time I regret that the maximum rating is only 10. The host and his family are wanderfull people! The garden is a treasure! The beach was 2 minutes walking, with cristal clear water. The house was very clean and fully equipped. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet.

There is very little stimuli you get from Porto Cheli, there is no promenade to walk, you need to walk on a narrow pavement to get to the center (which is maybe 12 minutes away) and I expected a few exciting shops, cafes and bars, the selection was limited and average. However, it is very recommended to visit Spetses island by boat (which is a 10 min trip from a nearby village called Kosta, a few mins from Porto Cheli). Spetses is a little gem, with magnificent views and sights, with beautiful streets, places to visit, and great life around shops, bars and restaurants, completely fell in love with the place

Quiet town close to many lovely beaches. Possible to drive to nearby attractions such as the Epidavros amphitheater which is magnificent. Nearby Nafplio is also worth a visit. Beautiful island of Spetses is a short ferry ride away.
Town suffers from a beggar problem however. Very aggressive family of beggars camp out at the best grocery store, making it uncomfortable to enter and especially exit.

The drive up made us a little nervous since it seemed a bit out of the way, but was in no way out of the way from anything!!
Beautiful view and location! The house was wonderfully cozy and spacious.
Our hosts were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive! We also visited Spetses while we were there. Wish we had more time but we had a lot to fit into our trip! You'll love this place!!

Villa Alti is about 8 minute drive from Porto Heli in a quiet rural location with a 200 metre walk through the garden to a private bay with stoney/sandy beach - ideal for swimming and relaxing.
The house was brilliant - well equipped, well furnished/presented, lovely gardens and outside seating areas and superb views.
The owners live next door and are wonderful - good advice about local beaches and places of interest plus occasional treats of home cooked/prepared Greek food!
Highly recommend Villa Alti if you are seeking a quiet, relaxing break in rural/beach front setting - it was perfect for us!

Porto Heli is an absolutely beautiful marine village with a great choice of beaches within short distances. It's also 45 mins from Ancient Epidavro and Nafplio, a short sea ride from Spetses island and a 20 min drive from Ermioni and finally 20 mins drive from the stunning fishing village Kilada.
I would recommend it to anyone for a relaxing and interesting holiday.
The rooms were fabulous particularly the beds they were so comfortable. Mini bar fantastic and coffee machine etc included. Pool area very nice and front staff extremely professional and accommodating also guy who helps with beds and parasols around the pool was great and a pleasure to chat with, nothing was too much for him. Front staff organized COVID test for us which was great. Lunch menu lovely as expected with Nikki beach standard menu. Staff serving lunch and breakfast nice also.
Home location is great for peaceful rest, and it's not far from Porto Heli and Ermioni. The house is equipped well with nice terrace, has everything for short stay and it's 1 minute by car to the nice organized beach. But even if it's very near, to reach it by foot with a baby stroller it's not possible. But 1 min driving by car, it's basically nothing. The host shares nice advices where to go and in general keeps nice communication with clients..
Villa is in quiet area. Amazing view to sea and nice outside seating area. Pool was clean and big enough for our group. Lots of seating and sunbathing options around the pool. Only couple of minutes walking to the beach. House was very roomy and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Host was very helpful and also recommended restaurants in Porto Heli. We enjoyed our vacation in Villa Vasi a lot!
Lefteris was the nicest host! The appartment was equipped with anything you can imagine. The garden around was a delight for the eyes! And last but not least, Dali a friendliest dog, Lefteri's son, always eager to play with you! Location was perfect: at equal distance to both porto heli and ermioni as well as several nice beaches.
The beach was perfect for long-distance swimming and very quiet, that was exactly what I was looking for. There was only one restaurant within a walking distance and no supermarkets, but the host was so kind as to take me to Porto Heli to do shopping in her car. She also took me to the port the day I left for my next destination.
A beautiful, clean and very comfortable apartment situated in a wonderful place, Porto Heli, with great sea view. In the center of the town with all facilities needed, restaurants, bars, shops. The house is ideal both for a couple or a family. The owener is very helpful and very polite. The place is very much recommended !
