Cleanness. Every day cleaned room, each third day replaced bed sheet and towels. Very friendly and helpful receptionists! Allowed to accommodate a few hours sooner than 14:00 and allowed to stay longer due to late flight. Found nothing to complain about the room or service.

Great location, 15km from the city of Thessaloniki (€30 by taxi in Sept 2024). The hotel located right by the beach (no main road). The pedestrian street is full off restaurants, bars and cafes. Easy to find, look for Siel Cafe. With closed windows there is no noise from the street. Good size balcony with sea view. Beautiful, very clean room with aircon, coffee machine, toaster. Everyday bread, jam, honey, butter provided. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Early check-in and late check-out were not am issue. There is room service. Airport is 10 mins by taxi (€20).

Everything was super clean, both the room and the balcony, the balcony was amazing, very big with nice furniture! The view from these apartments was as well very nice, really enjoyed it! The room had everything you need while staying in the apartment (for food cooking and other necessary stuff)

"This is a beautiful modern apartment situated incredibly close to the beach that can truly become your home away from home for your stay - especially if you share it with your family, like we did. It has everything you need and more to be comfortable, and if there is something you forgot to bring, don't worry! There are plenty of places very close where you can shop. The best thing, though, is how nice and communicative the host has been even before our holiday started, until the end. If there is anything you need, the host is one message away. They were also gracious enough to let us extend our stay for one day on very short notice. We were so happy with the place that we couldn't leave it just yet. So keep this place in mind for when you're planning for your next Greek adventure with the family! P.S. it's perfect for families with young children as well.

When we visited it was not too crowded, good taverns on the beachfront, reasonable prices. The area where we stayed was quiet, we only heard the sea waves. Water was clean, not too many tourists on the beach.

Peraia offers a wonderful blend of tranquility and activity.
Peraia offers a wonderful blend of tranquility and activity. We took the bus to Thessaloniki and on the way back, we took the boat. We really enjoyed the food served at the seaside terraces. You can also find local ingredients in the supermarket - we especially enjoyed the variety of olives and their bread.

The city is right next to Thessaloniki, so you can use it as a base when visiting the city. Still, the beach is nice and clean, so not too bad for a summer holiday either. We cooked our own food, but there are plenty of restaurants.

A sweet place close to Thessaloniki. It has everything you need. In November, when we were there, everything was working, most of the cafes and restaurants, which particularly delighted me. I think I will visit Pereu again.

Right on the seaside with beautiful views, it was a great surprise and excellent value which made our delay experience so much nicer
I visited Greece for the first time. Excellent and unforgettable impressions about this magnificent country. Positive emotions began with the hospitality of Chris, the owner of the apartment.
