The apartment was fantastic. It was very spacious for the two of us with a well appointed living area and kitchen and super balcony with beautiful views of the sea across to Corfu Town and surround areas. We also loved the peaceful setting and large private pool. Nissaki itself is small with a lovely range of restaurants both near the apartment and a short walk away down at the idilic pebbled beach. The location was fabulous for us. We were able to hire a boat for the day to explore the north-east coast which was a highlight as well as visit Corfu Town and some of the smaller villages and towns too. We did need a hire car and enjoyed wiggling round the narrow roads! Finally, Leandros and Christine the owners could not have been nicer or more helpful both running up to and during the trip. We really hope we can visit again some time soon.

The staff were so welcoming, the hotel is very modern and so clean. It is the perfect location in Kassiopi and we really enjoyed the breakfast options which changed daily.

Room was clean and like in the pictures.
Staff was really great and helpful, they cleaned the room daily and changed the towels.
We didn’t stay at the pool, but went to the bar and restaurant (food is great and staff amazing). Would recommend this place, as it’s a great deal.

If you’re looking for a relaxed and low key stay this is the place for you. Everyone is really nice, despite something like the shower being a bit backdated, everything is clean and comfortable.

No easy access to beaches. Had to park on roads if you could find spot and walk very long distances to beach. Rocky beaches, little sand. If you want beach access you have to stay at a resort.

Great location on a quiet beach with one taverna but several more within a 10 minute walk. Water taxis can take you further afield too if you need. Plenty of space to park and a lovely welcome pack of feed and drink. Simply stunning views and great hosts who couldn't do more. Coming back next year

Lovely quiet small and friendly village/ harbour with a small beach. Very pretty views and clean clear water. Mitsos Taverna right on the little harbour was super. Great service and tasty food.
We hired boats from Fontas Boats which was excellent. Quick, efficient, helpful staff and clean comfortable boats.
Beach is about a 5/10 minute walk down hill from the bus stop.
Oliva restaurant about halfway down the hill is great for a special meal. Great ambience and fantastic food!
Definitely recommend Nisakion if you want small and peaceful. Definitely not party town - we loved it!

Definitely not worth the price. Staff members are rude especially if making complaint’s . Our sink in the restroom had a chunk broken out of it. I ended up cutting my hand on it, so I requested to change my room for my toddlers safety which turned into a nightmare with the staff as they continued to be rude until we left. The pictures are not real. The rooms are gross and stained as well as the restroom. Everything is run down. Sleeping on the beds was like sleeping on a box. The mini fridge was disgusting. I 10 out of 10 do not recommend for the price. And to top it off, the pools closes at 6 so if the weather is terrible you’re out of luck unless you want to spend 100 euro, if not more, to go somewhere.

The village itself is not much of a tourist place - the sea and the beaches are its best value. Be sure to check if a residence of your choice really offers the kind of beach you like, as there are not many options to visit other beaches on foot.

Nisakion is quieter than other parts of Corfu but all the better for it. It would make a great base for a 2 week holiday where you hire a car and want to explore the island whilst having a lovely villa to come back to. We were there for a week and chose not have a car and it was fine for us, having a very chilled out time, sunbathing by the pool, swimming in the sea and eating out each night. A great place to recharge the batteries.
I recently stayed at a villa Elia in Corfu and was thoroughly impressed. The villa was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The highlight was definitely the beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The property provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, making it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway in Corfu.
The position very close to Kaminaki beach was excellent. Set back from the beach but a very short walk and a truly lovely sea view from the balcony. It was very clean with a stylish new shower/bathroom and comfortable beds too. It was a small apartment but had everything we needed. Was fine for a family of 4 (kids of 9 and 3). Good value. Owner responsive to messages and helpful. The food in the two nearby restaurants at the two ends of the beach was fantastic. Would return.
The room had air conditioning and it was a safe spot for when we were not travelling. It was kept clean throughout the week.
The food was great and plenty, drinks included in all inclusive. The staff were helpful and very nice. They answered the messages before our arrival.
Was a little afraid of the other negative reviews found online, but overall it was a great stay, also a store, bus station and trip pickup point in 100m radius.
We chose this place for the view over the Ionian sea and the pool and that is exactly as shown in the pictures. Just gorgeous. The view is fantastic and the pool is sparkling clean. The complex is well located with 4 tavernas within 15 min walk and some nice beaches nearby. Hosts are nice and the nights at the Music House are fun. If ones prefer more lively evenings there are Barbati and Ipsos quite close, reacheable by car.
the property was very quiet and intimate. it was in a good location, close to nice and not too crowded beaches. the villa has all necessary equipment in the kitchen and outdoor. the owner were very kind and made a greeting groceries waiting for us when we arrived. although the villa located near some other properties we had much privacy. also, the view was beautiful sitting outside or on the porch of the main suit.
Dimitris is so friendly - always there to help and offer advice on what to do during our stay and going the extra mile to help us!
The pool and balcony were fantastic and the apartment was very good value for money overall for what we were looking for. It is in a great location to reach Nisaki beach, hire a day boat and go to some local tavernas (Vitamins being our favourite that we visited twice during our stay!)
The location of the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast was good, you have everything you need. Nisaki beach is beautiful, small and twisted, quiet and clean. The staff at the hotel are friendly. We are delighted with the terrace of the hotel where the bar is, and the view from the terrace. The only thing that bothered us was the noise in the evening because of the allowed parking right in front of the room.
Great house with a very nice atmosphere and enough space for everyone, every of 4 sleeping roomswith access to the terrace and sea view, comfortable and cozy living room, close to the beaches and restaurants but you should have a car, easy exchange with the owner, would definately book this house again
Outstanding views, beautiful tended gardens, pool surrounded by seating, spotless apartments with all facilities. Very helpful host. Close to tavernas and mini markets and a beautiful bakery and coffee shop. 30 mins from Corfu town and airport. Charming beach short walk away.
The bed was a superking. Very comfortable. Pillows also excellent. Good to have the fly screen on the doors and windows so they can be opened in the night. You can then hear the waves on the beach. A welcome pack awaits your arrival. Apostolos very helpful and efficient.
Our host Dimitris was really nice and made our stay comfortable. The Villa itself was pretty and clean and with great view on the Nissaki bay. Big plus is the pool with a bar.
Apartment was big and spacious, beds were especially comfortable.
Big terrace is really place to enjoy in view of seaside. Towels were changed regularly.
