We booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary and it was pure magic. I booked it based on rate and reviews on Booking.com and Trip advisor. And I must say, evertyhing described by previous guests was more than true.
You can feel and see the excellence their service is based on. Staff is phenommenal, everybody was so pleasant, always smiling, very professional and so hospitable. And it was the end of their long season.
Room facilities are amazing
Parking is free of charge.
Buffet breakfast was just great.
We felt like there was only few people in the hotel and the hotel was full. This boutique hotel is a best choice if you wish to stay close to Corfu town, relax, eat great food and be few minutes walk to Dassia beach.
We are planning to come back there soon.

The property depicted the old city Corfu is and also provided basic needs with it's pool being the best point of it all. The provision of 2 different room gave us more.access to space more than expected. Property being located in a perfect area for the bus 7 to and from the old town and other attraction.

For 3* Hotels breakfast was great. Every day 3 different types of eggs, bacon, croissants and fresh fruits to, If you are not very picky and not asking almond milk for breakfast , you will be satisfied with breakfast and regular milk. 😁 We had breakfast outside by the pool, nice atmosphere. Location is great if you are using public transportation till center Corfu ( buss station is straight behind the corner, 3 min walk from hotel. ( buss tickets you can buy in the buss, 1.70€). And big Supermarket is across the street. Lobby is very nice and with TV on the wall, you can have nice drink there by the bar and to watch football on TV 😁. Pool is clean and area around the pool is very comfortable with good quality sun umbrellas and very nice and modern sun beds. Air conditioning, TV and mini bar in the room were working with no problems and noise. Small and sweet hotel wich left to us very good impression. Staff is very friendly and polite.

Lovely quiet small and friendly village/ harbour with a small beach. Very pretty views and clean clear water. Mitsos Taverna right on the little harbour was super. Great service and tasty food.
We hired boats from Fontas Boats which was excellent. Quick, efficient, helpful staff and clean comfortable boats.
Beach is about a 5/10 minute walk down hill from the bus stop.
Oliva restaurant about halfway down the hill is great for a special meal. Great ambience and fantastic food!
Definitely recommend Nisakion if you want small and peaceful. Definitely not party town - we loved it!

Definitely not worth the price. Staff members are rude especially if making complaint’s . Our sink in the restroom had a chunk broken out of it. I ended up cutting my hand on it, so I requested to change my room for my toddlers safety which turned into a nightmare with the staff as they continued to be rude until we left. The pictures are not real. The rooms are gross and stained as well as the restroom. Everything is run down. Sleeping on the beds was like sleeping on a box. The mini fridge was disgusting. I 10 out of 10 do not recommend for the price. And to top it off, the pools closes at 6 so if the weather is terrible you’re out of luck unless you want to spend 100 euro, if not more, to go somewhere.

The village itself is not much of a tourist place - the sea and the beaches are its best value. Be sure to check if a residence of your choice really offers the kind of beach you like, as there are not many options to visit other beaches on foot.

Nisakion is quieter than other parts of Corfu but all the better for it. It would make a great base for a 2 week holiday where you hire a car and want to explore the island whilst having a lovely villa to come back to. We were there for a week and chose not have a car and it was fine for us, having a very chilled out time, sunbathing by the pool, swimming in the sea and eating out each night. A great place to recharge the batteries.

Nissaki is a small, quiet resort on the NE coast of Corfu. If you travel from Corfu town, Nissaki is the start of the quiet part of the NE coast. I wouldn't recommend it for families but for older people and couples, it's just right. It has a handful of tavernas and a couple of supermarkets. The tavernas are not cheap but they serve very good food. Nissaki is a good base to discover the North of the island and has a good bus service into Corfu town. Oh, and the views across the bay are wonderful.

A good location away from the busy over touristed villages but with access to buses which will take you into Corfu town or up to Kassiopi. The North East of the island is not party central and is a great place to relax and gently explore the island. There are a number of supermarkets locally or there is a taxi option to Ipsos which has bigger supermarkets.
Krouzeri Beach Appartments gave me and my family a time to remember. The staff is great. Owners always ready to help - i.e car rentals, boat rides, supermarket purchases, etc.
Accommodation is perfect for a family. Confortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, and astonishing sea view.
Location is peaceful with some restaurants nearby. I suggest the Yiannis Tavern for some local taste (2 minutes walk by the beach from Krouzeri Beach Appartments).

Great location only a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket and beach. The restaurants were friendly and welcoming. Hired a boat for the day and sailed to Kassiopi for a look around and stopped at loads of quiet bays for a swim. Lunch was at a lovely waterside taverna in Agios Stefanos. Dinner at the Glyfa restaurant in Barbati is a must. A water taxi picks you up and drops you home and the food is wonderful! Our host was so helpful and nothing was too much bother. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
I looked for a nice simple villa for my family.With a lovely pool, sea view, privacy, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, beach , taverns and rental boats in walking distance and nice walks near the sea.

We loved Irini villa and its beautiful surroudings.
Quiet area, beautiful small bay with 2 taverns ,chill out bar and small harbur just 100 meters away.
Secret beaches are just few minutes walking.

The property is only a few steps to the beautiful clear waters on the beach with a taverna next door. If you had all your meals at the taverna there would be no reason to leave, but it was nice to have a rental car to explore other parts of the island when not enjoying the beach. There is a great view from the apartment, looking across to Corfu Town and watching all the boat and ship activities. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Thank you.
The room had air conditioning and it was a safe spot for when we were not travelling. It was kept clean throughout the week.
The food was great and plenty, drinks included in all inclusive. The staff were helpful and very nice. They answered the messages before our arrival.
Was a little afraid of the other negative reviews found online, but overall it was a great stay, also a store, bus station and trip pickup point in 100m radius.
the property was very quiet and intimate. it was in a good location, close to nice and not too crowded beaches. the villa has all necessary equipment in the kitchen and outdoor. the owner were very kind and made a greeting groceries waiting for us when we arrived. although the villa located near some other properties we had much privacy. also, the view was beautiful sitting outside or on the porch of the main suit.
Location great with amazing views across the bay towards Corfu town and beyond. Hosts were friendly and welcoming -they were easy to contact and nothing was too much trouble. Being able to walk onto lovely beach from appt and snorkel in warm crystal clear waters with free sun loungers and balcony with sea view. What more do ya want?? As its pebble, ya just need sea shoes and ideally hire car as only 1 taverna on beach.
The location is exceptional. Just amazing spot and so close to the beach. The apartment we booked had 2 rooms that are spacious and the A/C in the living room serves well both rooms. The staff is extra polite, sweet and helpful. Loved it!
