It was a pretty hotel. The shower was great and the outdoor pool in our room was cool and refreshing. The fresh fruit at the buffet was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very spacious.

Where to start from? The kind, warm and enthusiastic welcome by the hosts and the availability of a parking site. We LOVED the view to the sea and the surrounding area, the 3 (yes, three!) bathrooms, one in each room and the fast Wi-Fi. Cleanliness, air conditioning in each room and a tv set as well as a fridge, also in each room were a big plus. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, where we prepared all our meals. All and all, it was a great value for money and it contributed to a relaxing time in Lefkada!

Nikiana is a small town between Lefkas Town and the port of Nydri. It has many tavernas varying from small and simple to grander establishments. These are mostly located around the harbour although the Pantaze Tavern is probably the most iconic with its tables right on the beach under a protected canopy. Excellent food goes well with the ambiance. There are 3 small supermarkets, bakeries and a pharmacy. Although there is a bus service, it is advisable to hire a car for at least part of the stay, to be able to see the island and its beautiful scenery such as Porto Katsiki beach, Sivota and Vassiliki. RIB boats can be hired at the dock by the day for exploring the coastline and islands.

Really lovely village with nice little beaches, a stunning green mountainous backdrop, a great Gyros place, a perfect beach-side restaurant (Breath Of Zorba), and some really good, friendly shops and supermarkets. Perfect for a quiet family holiday, but don't expect a party!

The part of Nikiana where we stayed had the feeling of a the place where the locals cross the street to take a swim and relax. The sea is like one step from the road and it's crystal clear. We avoid crowded and luxurious places and the host we found here was just right. We ate once at Katerina and it was good, tasty and a very good service. We had a good café at the end of our street with fresh bread and pastry.
There are no proper sidewalks except from the centre, that making short walks a bit adventurous.

Nikiana is a small resort along the main road between Nidri and Lefkada Town. There are a couple of beaches nearby, a handful of restaurants, a few cafes and supermarkets. Nikiana could be cleaner path broken and in places dirty. Very busy main road, need to be careful when walking around.

Nikiana. A small village on the way to Nidri. It has all facilities including the most wonderful bakery Artissima. If you desire bright lights and noise, this is not the place! The NV Beachclub is expensive but very comfy with excellent service.

Every thing was easy.
For the food i can tell that was perfect
The room was very spacious. It was actually a flat with 2 floors, and 2 ensuit bedrooms, 1 with twin beds and another with double bed. We booked a seaview room, beautiful view of the sea and mountain, and could see the sunrise from our bed! The service anywhere in the spa was exceptional. Good variety of restaurants/ food within the resort to choose from. The private beach was very beautiful, with lots of fish and the hotel offered kayaks and other sports. We ended up staying in the resort without going out to find different beaches.
Excellent accommodation, really spacious with pretty much everything you need for a few-day stay in Lefkada.
The host was very friendly, we got fresh fruits as a welcome gift, as well as homemade marmalade as a goodbye gift! Communication was sometimes a bit challenging as he was not proficient in English, but we managed to communicate what was needed.
Regarding the accommodation, it was like a small apartment with a spacious bedroom, a big wardrobe, a well-equipped kitchen, great terrace with a sea view.
My family spent great time here. Everything was perfect and we would love to come back next year for more than 5 days. We were in a big and comfortable ground apartment with beautiful garden. The sea view is stunning. Perfect match for us, our kids and dachshund dog. The rooms are huge, comfortable, clean and there are everything in that you need for best vacation. The hosts are very nice and explane everything about Lefkada island. They clean the rooms everyday and they love animals too.
Aristea Apartments exceeded our expectations. Property is organized like a hotel with daily cleaning and change of towels (this is a plus comparing to other accommodations). The owners are 100% involved and the results are visible: property and its garden are very well maintained, excellent cleaning. I liked that we had ice cubes in the freezer. For those who want to explore the mountain side, we recommend the trail from Kollivata to Skaros.
Rooms are really nice, bed is super comfortable, and the view is magical. Internet is working perfectly in the rooms as each room has its own TP Link, which is rare in greece hotels.
Pool area is nice and clean, food and snacks are amazing (chicken nuggets are the best!) and the best thing about our stay here is the girl working at the pool bar in the afternoon, she deserves a huge bonus or raise, she was simply lovely to have there!
Very helpful and attentive front desk, housekeeping and pool bar/breakfast area personnel. Everyone at the hotel was always very polite and smiling while interacting with guests which we loved about this place. The signature bay views over the pool are even more stunning live than in the photos, especially at night. Almost every room/apartment has seaview orientation allowing guests to enjoy the famous view all the time. Good wifi
The beach is right downstairs, and it's so beautiful. The sea is calm, and it's not deep at all. Great for having long days at the beach. Lefkada is terrific, and Nikiana (where NV is) is calm enough to have a good time away from so much chaos. But if you want to do more, you should consider staying at Nydri, which has the port and so much more to offer, also more people and chaos :P.
Location is perfect, host is great, every day you will find your apartment clean and the garbage will be taken out. Balcony with the sea view, parking, clothesline, towels, everything that you need!
I would recommend Matina studios to everyone. If you are visiting Lefkada, and you want to be in a quiet place, but close enough to Nydri and Lefkas, this is the perfect location.
Great apartment in Nikina 70 meters from the beach. There are some nice restaurants nearby and Lefkada city is only 10 minutes away. If you have a car, you can visit all the best places from here. The host is super friendly and the apartment is brand new. Big balcony with sun and sea view, 2 spacious bedrooms + an extra space on the first level and 2 toilets.
The property is very nice, it has 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living area, kitchen and 2 large terraces outside that are very enjoyable to stay in the evenings.
The entire house is clean, it has an elevator, a barbecue and all the necessary features that you may need. It is really nice for groups that want to enjoy the beautiful island of Lefkada.

Easy access to the pool
The view is wonderful. The room is big, you have a small kitchen equiped with basic utensils. The balcony is a nice place to admire the view. I recomand to come or to rent a car so you can enjoy everything that Lefkada has to offer.
It's a nice little place right next to the sea, 10 minutes from Lefkada and a kilometer from nearby beaches. The staff was nice, there is a dedicated parking space and the room we got had a therasse with a view towards the sea.
