Not a party town and good for families.
Beach sand not generally suitable for sandcastles because the particles are too large but it gets in less places and brushes off easily.
Beaches generally shallow and good for small kids. Small waves most of the time unless the wind is in the wrong direction

The apartment is perfect for a vacation by the sea. Location is near the beach, we are with a 2 year old and we had no trouble to go and leave the beach by walking. The apartment is really comfortable and clean.

Ammolofoi beach area is convenient with around 10 organized beach facilities with restaurants and bars. Nea Peramos is a small vacation town with 4-5 quality restaurants and several fast foods. Basic shopping is available including pharmacies and supermarkets.

It is a small seaside village.
It is a small seaside village. Unfortunately during my stay it was rainy so I could not explore the area and facilities much. It is not noisy, may be because the season had not started yet. ( I was there around10th of June) .The have a good bakery and a good sweets shop.

Nea Peramos – not overcrowded, yet plenty to do. The nearby Ammolofi Beach with its plenty beach bars (Blue Beach Bar was my favorite) is great for social experience and there are also lots of small, more quiet beaches if you seek to rest.

I ever got there,the address was wrong,I tried to call the telephone number that was on the reservation, it was out of order,
So there was no alternative but to make a nether reservation in a different location!
Great apartment, equipped with everything you need and very stylish. We are a family with 2 teenagers and the two separate bedrooms were very comfortable for us. We also really liked the large private terrace with enough tables and chairs, as well as the large living room. The apartment was very clean, bright and all rooms were air conditioned. Nea Peramos is a lovely resort with great traditional restaurants and places to walk. For a beach, we liked Ammolofoi the most. Thanks to the owners for the wonderful stay we had!
One of the best places we visited, ever: the location is close to a calm and beautiful beach (3 mins walk); the apartment is very clean, fully equipped with everything you need (kitchen, rooms, bathroom and balcony), the owners are very polite, helpful and friendly (English speaking, we do not know greek (yet :D)), there is a market nearby and the location itself (Nea Peramos) is cozy. Excellent quality over price ratio, excellent choice we made, excellent time spent here, highly recommended.
Although we were there in the middle of August and the weather was too hot it was wonderful holiday for my family. The beach is near the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, places for breakfast and supermarket. Our room was not on the main street and the place was calm and quiet. The family that works at the apartments is very kind, polite and helpful. The room was very clean. We enjoyed on the sea and Greek food. If we can we will be back next summer.
Konstantina is an amazing host, made us feel welcome with water and wine waiting for us, not to mention she is such a joy to be around and super helpful and friendly. She also had plenty of recommendations of what to do and where to go in Nea Peramos. The place itself is really such a gem. Super clean, amazing location and the decor is stunning.
The apartment was very spacious and clean. It has a large and very nice balcony. It has an iron, a laundry machine and a coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. It was very close to the center of Nea Peramos and also the local beach. Ammolofoi beach was also closer than I imagined. All of the beach bars were on around 7-8 minutes by car.
The host was very nice and helpful. He greet us with goodies :) The apartament is very spacious and the view is wonderful. The beach is really close. Nea Peramos is a nice and quiet city. Perfect for families with children. We loved everything and would like to come again.

Sea view, nice beach across the street, nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy. You can walk to the more central part of Nea Peramos. The place was renovated and clean on the inside. There is a cozy balcony to enjoy. Parking somewhere on the street was possible.
The location of the hotel was close to the centre of Nea Peramos, 5 minute walk and you’re on the main street. The staff was really friendly, they cleaned our rooms at the day and even offered us coffee when we left. You can pay with both cash and card.
