The room was impeccably clean, featuring a great view and a lovely terrace. The host was incredibly polite and helpful, even moving his car so we could park ours in front of the property. There are multiple options to keep the heat at bay, including air conditioning, motorized blinds that also reduce street noise, and an awning on the terrace.

Location was great. THe apartment was perfect for four people. One large bed and two sofas in living room.

Not a party town and good for families.
Beach sand not generally suitable for sandcastles because the particles are too large but it gets in less places and brushes off easily.
Beaches generally shallow and good for small kids. Small waves most of the time unless the wind is in the wrong direction

The apartment is perfect for a vacation by the sea. Location is near the beach, we are with a 2 year old and we had no trouble to go and leave the beach by walking. The apartment is really comfortable and clean.

Ammolofoi beach area is convenient with around 10 organized beach facilities with restaurants and bars. Nea Peramos is a small vacation town with 4-5 quality restaurants and several fast foods. Basic shopping is available including pharmacies and supermarkets.

It is a small seaside village.
It is a small seaside village. Unfortunately during my stay it was rainy so I could not explore the area and facilities much. It is not noisy, may be because the season had not started yet. ( I was there around10th of June) .The have a good bakery and a good sweets shop.

Nea Peramos – not overcrowded, yet plenty to do. The nearby Ammolofi Beach with its plenty beach bars (Blue Beach Bar was my favorite) is great for social experience and there are also lots of small, more quiet beaches if you seek to rest.

I ever got there,the address was wrong,I tried to call the telephone number that was on the reservation, it was out of order,
So there was no alternative but to make a nether reservation in a different location!
Amazing, clean and comfortable apartment. The furnishing was amazing and we had more than what we expected like coffee machine, toaster, extra towels and absolutely amazing balcony! The apartment is quite spacious and bright. The lady who greeted us when we arrived was probably one of the most pleasant and friendly people I’ve ever met. You can immediately feel welcomed. The apartment location is great, even if we didn’t visit the beach in Nea Peramos, lots of beach bars are within 10min with a car.
Anna was an amazing host.
She was waiting for us to check in at the private parking lot and showed us around the wonderful house. The house is located in the center of Nea Peramos and 1 minute walk from the sea. The house was clean and tidy, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with anatomical mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was clean big and very beautiful.
We will definitely prefer it again.

The view is breathtaking. Everything was in order. It's close to the beach, and 5 minutes away from Nea Peramos by car.
The kitchen has utensils. It has a Moka coffee maker, oven, and a dishwasher. Has a barbecue with everything needed. The windows have a mosquito net. AC and if you don't like that you can always turn on the fan!
We’re visiting Nea Peramos for 6 years two times a year and this is the BEST place in the town! It’s very clean, fresh towels every 3rd day, facilities are new, it’s cosy and you receive a lot more than you pay for. The host speaks fluent english and is polite and friendly. We’re going to visit Studio Elena again next year, you are doing amazing job!
Peramos Rent House is a great place on the Aegean coast in the village of Nea Peramos, where we were for the second time and again had the pleasure to enjoy both the amenities in the apartment and the wonderful view from the beautiful terrace! We choose this studio for our stay in Nea Peramos for second time and we are really delighted for our choice. The studio is really cosy, clean and well designed. The location is great - close to the main street with excellent tavernas, cafes and shops. The host is so friendly, it was a pleasure for us to stay at her place.
The hotel is very well located, the staff attentive to all the details, very clean with a private beach and sunbeds with umbrella only for hotel guests and parking. next to the hotel is a non-stop pastry shop where breakfast can be served. The owner of the hotel is present all the time and at the disposal of the customers
Very pretty building - nicely decorated rooms and very comfy beds. Cleaning was on point, location was away from the crowded narrow streets of Nea Peramos. Breakfast was more than what we needed and it also a perfect start of the day as the restaurant is an open space with lots of fresh air.
The apartment was spacious and is very well equiped and has everything you might need. Location is near the main street and you can easily get around Nea Peramos by foot from here. The host was very friendly and even allowed us to stay a bit over our checkout time!
Sea view, nice beach across the street, nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy. You can walk to the more central part of Nea Peramos. The place was renovated and clean on the inside. There is a cozy balcony to enjoy. Parking somewhere on the street was possible.
Location of the apartment was excelent for Nea Peramos. The view from the terrace was great. The apartment was equiped with everything you might need (or think about). The host left some wine, water, bread and other welcome gifts for us which was great.
