We are very happy with our stay at Anna's house. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The place is super cozy and nice, has everything you need for a nice stay, even board games for the kids. Large terrace with a beautiful sea view, located on a quiet street. Perfect place to relax!

The apartment was lovely! Big wardrobes where you can put all your luggage and swimming/ beach gear. TWO Air Conditioners in both bedroom and living area + big sofas (for when your wife doesn't feel like sleeping with an air con on and you are boiling haha) Quiet neighborhood and lots of parking spaces. We had everything that we needed during our stay - fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view from our big balcony and excellent location (most of the beaches were 5-8 mins away with a car).

Beach sand not generally suitable for sandcastles because the particles are too large but it gets in less places and brushes off easily.

The apartment is perfect for a vacation by the sea. Location is near the beach, we are with a 2 year old and we had no trouble to go and leave the beach by walking. The apartment is really comfortable and clean.

Ammolofoi beach area is convenient with around 10 organized beach facilities with restaurants and bars. Nea Peramos is a small vacation town with 4-5 quality restaurants and several fast foods. Basic shopping is available including pharmacies and supermarkets.

It is a small seaside village. Unfortunately during my stay it was rainy so I could not explore the area and facilities much. It is not noisy, may be because the season had not started yet. ( I was there around10th of June) .The have a good bakery and a good sweets shop.

Nea Peramos – not overcrowded, yet plenty to do. The nearby Ammolofi Beach with its plenty beach bars (Blue Beach Bar was my favorite) is great for social experience and there are also lots of small, more quiet beaches if you seek to rest.

I ever got there,the address was wrong,I tried to call the telephone number that was on the reservation, it was out of order,
So there was no alternative but to make a nether reservation in a different location!
My family and I stayed at The Blue Apartments and Beach and we loved it!!! The hotel is modern, the rooms are big and the location is great. The owners DIMITRIS & VIKI are great hosts, made us feel like we were home. The food was delicious and homemade, plenty of fresh fruits and drinks available at the bar on the beach and in the restaurant. The beach bar and the area with the umbrellas and sun loungers was very clean and relaxing. Thank you for our amazing holiday!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The view is breathtaking. Everything was in order. It's close to the beach, and 5 minutes away from Nea Peramos by car.
The kitchen has utensils. It has a Moka coffee maker, oven, and a dishwasher. Has a barbecue with everything needed. The windows have a mosquito net. AC and if you don't like that you can always turn on the fan!
Peramos Rent House is a great place on the Aegean coast in the village of Nea Peramos, where we were for the second time and again had the pleasure to enjoy both the amenities in the apartment and the wonderful view from the beautiful terrace! We are happy to recommend to travelers or vacationers in the area Peramos Rent House for short or long stay!
The host is an extremely kind man, and the location is just perfect! Under the apartment there is a grocery store. But the best thing about this apartment is the magnificent view, especially early in the morning when you can watch the sunrise from your bed! I really enjoyed my stay and if I come again to Nea Peramos I will choose the same apartment!
Konstantina is an amazing host, made us feel welcome with water and wine waiting for us, not to mention she is such a joy to be around and super helpful and friendly. She also had plenty of recommendations of what to do and where to go in Nea Peramos. The place itself is really such a gem. Super clean, amazing location and the decor is stunning.
The apartment is brand new and was extremely clean. On the 3rd day of our stay the host did not only changed the sheets and the towels but also cleaned the whole apartment paying a special attention to the bathroom. The location is perfect just 2 min from the Nea peramos beach (though we do not like it and visited Blue beach every day)
We spent wonderful time in Bella Casa. Everything was perfect! The owner of apartment is very kind. We had a compliment when we arrived - fruits, a bottle of wine, ice cream for children. The apartment is very comfortable, there is everything necessary there. If we go back again in Nea Peramos, we absolutely will visit you again!
The hotel is very near to the beach, but still is at a quiet street. Exactly what I expected, with very kind hosts. The room was at the second floor with a view to the garden. It was very useful that there are roller blinds on the windows, so we can wake up later.
Sea view, nice beach across the street, nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy. You can walk to the more central part of Nea Peramos. The place was renovated and clean on the inside. There is a cozy balcony to enjoy. Parking somewhere on the street was possible.
