The room was impeccably clean, featuring a great view and a lovely terrace. The host was incredibly polite and helpful, even moving his car so we could park ours in front of the property. Property was excellent, just what we needed. We booked at the last minute and she gave us a prompt response at any of our requests. The owner was very accomodating and checked in on us and asked if we needed anything when checking in.

Not a party town and good for families.
Beach sand not generally suitable for sandcastles because the particles are too large but it gets in less places and brushes off easily.
Beaches generally shallow and good for small kids. Small waves most of the time unless the wind is in the wrong direction

The apartment is perfect for a vacation by the sea. Location is near the beach, we are with a 2 year old and we had no trouble to go and leave the beach by walking. The apartment is really comfortable and clean.

Ammolofoi beach area is convenient with around 10 organized beach facilities with restaurants and bars. Nea Peramos is a small vacation town with 4-5 quality restaurants and several fast foods. Basic shopping is available including pharmacies and supermarkets.

It is a small seaside village.
It is a small seaside village. Unfortunately during my stay it was rainy so I could not explore the area and facilities much. It is not noisy, may be because the season had not started yet. ( I was there around10th of June) .The have a good bakery and a good sweets shop.

Nea Peramos – not overcrowded, yet plenty to do. The nearby Ammolofi Beach with its plenty beach bars (Blue Beach Bar was my favorite) is great for social experience and there are also lots of small, more quiet beaches if you seek to rest.

I ever got there,the address was wrong,I tried to call the telephone number that was on the reservation, it was out of order,
So there was no alternative but to make a nether reservation in a different location!
Although we were there in the middle of August and the weather was too hot it was wonderful holiday for my family. The beach is near the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, places for breakfast and supermarket. Our room was not on the main street and the place was calm and quiet. The family that works at the apartments is very kind, polite and helpful. The room was very clean. We enjoyed on the sea and Greek food. If we can we will be back next summer.

The view is breathtaking. Everything was in order. It's close to the beach, and 5 minutes away from Nea Peramos by car.
The kitchen has utensils. It has a Moka coffee maker, oven, and a dishwasher. Has a barbecue with everything needed. The windows have a mosquito net. AC and if you don't like that you can always turn on the fan!
Peramos Rent House is a great place on the Aegean coast in the village of Nea Peramos, where we were for the second time and again had the pleasure to enjoy both the amenities in the apartment and the wonderful view from the beautiful terrace! We are happy to recommend to travelers or vacationers in the area Peramos Rent House for short or long stay!
Konstantina is an amazing host, made us feel welcome with water and wine waiting for us, not to mention she is such a joy to be around and super helpful and friendly. She also had plenty of recommendations of what to do and where to go in Nea Peramos. The place itself is really such a gem. Super clean, amazing location and the decor is stunning.
The apartament was perfect! The host respond very quickly, there is everything you need in his place. We had a little accident and he even offer help. He gave us recommendations for beach bars and places to eat! We will definetely come again in his apartament, if we go back to Nea Peramos!

Sea view, nice beach across the street, nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy. You can walk to the more central part of Nea Peramos. The place was renovated and clean on the inside. There is a cozy balcony to enjoy. Parking somewhere on the street was possible.

Perfect spot in Nea Peramos, right on the beach. Comfy flat, nice beds, good shower. Walking distance to everything in the town and right on the beach side. Really nice little patio to sit on outside.
The owner is very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is free parking area right to the hotel and the iron was working perfectly which is a rare thing in hotels.
