A wonderful family hotel just 50 m from the beach. The owners are very friendly and kind (they gave us an unbrella to use). The location is very peaceful for a getaway from the city. But upu can walk to the city in about 20 minutes or so. The room was sparkling clean with all the needed items in the mini kitchen and a lovely terrace. And the yard ❤️Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend.

This was the first time I didn't have photos from my vacation. The city is poor, with only one street and a short promenade next to the beach. The beach is ok with lots of restaurants and deck chairs. The only good thing is the Sahara beach which is 10 minutes away by car. Sahara Beach is pure perfection and the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The Jukebox Café is the best with delicious food and sun loungers on the beach.

Small coastal town where you can find long sandy beaches, clean sea and air, a harbour, plenty of restaurants and shops - and all that only 45km south of Thessaloniki. Locals are friendly and the town is full of tourists from late spring to autumn, especially on weekends.

Worst place I have ever stay in on vacation, everything was old or not working properly. Dirty toilet seat, broken mini freezer, doesn’t even have a place to charge a phone.
No safe, no phone and the pool was closed but I was not informed on that and doesn’t said on the site about it.
I definitely don’t recommend

+ clean beach with worm clean sea, very good restaurants on the beach with large portions by low prices of food in restorants. No mosquitos and other bugs at all. On destination there is large supermarket in Nea Kalikratia. Big adventage of place is that is 20km from Solun which is place for sightseeing, excellent shoping and rich night life.
- There is not places for nigt life, only caffes and restaurants

Interesting place, very friendly people. A lot to see. Special like for being alive off season. Markets and restaurants offer both quality and variety. Each and every impression based on unique Mediterranean charm.
Everyting on this apartmenet was fenomenal. Very clean and modern. There was everything that we needed. Espresso machine with stack of capsules was a nice gesture for espresso lovers like me. I am really impressed, also my entire family and will really look forward to visit this place again! Georgia was really nice to us, she helped us a lot with the beaches, restaurants and places for good gyro. I am recommending this place for sure! Best Regards!
The hotel is in a great location, it is in the center of the city. Nearby there are shops, markets, restaurants, a park, children's playgrounds... The best thing is that the beach is a few steps from the hotel. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and even more so when you have it by the pool. You feel comfortable and relaxed next to the staff.
The location is convenient. Close to the not perfect, but nice beach (beach shoes are required) . Near to the Nea Kallikratia. Small shop with everything you need. Several taverns from which you can also order takeaway. The appliances in the property are full range and work perfectly. Only a toaster and a vacuum cleaner is missing.
Nice hotel, close to the beach. We had a room with a small balcony that looked over the sea. The guys at the reception are very helpful, even let us check in 2 hours early and let us leave our luggage with them after the checkout so we could enjoy more time on the beach before the airport. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.
A really nice hotel that had everything we needed. It was clean, the rooms were well equipped, breakfast was also good and everything was the same as shown on the photos. The swimming pool is another advantage as the beach is not so close although it is still at walking distance. We would definitely go back and stay longer.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, with a beautiful sea view from every room. The beach is just a few steps away, very quiet and relaxing. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was spacious with excellent water pressure. Highly recommended!
Alkyonis does what it says on the tin - it's an uncomplicated, mid-budget hotel close to the town centre and beach . Breakfast is served in a bright dining room and there is masses of choice. We chose it as a final stop because the town is just 30 minutes drive to Thessaloniki airport.
They moved us to an apartment for our convenience,for which we are very grateful. The hotel is clean, it is literraly on the beach.There is a wonderful garden . The guys at the reception was very responsive and correct and the stuff at restaurant and the beach was also always smiling.
Location great, just up the road from the beach and all the restaurants, shops and cafés. About 3 minutes walk and then you have it all.

Everything was in the right place, the apartment is 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and 2minutes from the main street. Beds were comfy, there was hot water all the time, best apartment we booked in Greece so far.
The breakfast was good, the room was nice and spacious and all the staff and the hotel owner were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating and helped us every time we needed something.
