The BEST hotel in Greece!! A place that truly represent what true hospitality is. It was over expectation. Niki, Katerina and Giannos are friendly, nice and super helpful, they made us feel like home and we miss them already.
The rooms are very clean, love their housekeeping service. Location is perfect and we had the BEST shower in Greece.
Highly recommend to stay here.

Kissamos is an excellent home base for trips to Balos and also for Elafonisi, much closer than Chania. There are also many restaurants along the beach in walking distance. We didn't swim there but it is possible. You might consider Falasarno for a few days for a beautiful beach with surf!

Kissamos is a great place for a quiet, relaxing Greece holiday. Lots of old buildings and sites, beautiful beaches, very good restaurants en very kind people.
We loved the historic museum, the shops in Kissamos, the boottrip and getting around by car.

It’s a small town but we could enjoy walking along the beautiful beaches. There are some supermarkets so that we could get fresh vegetables and also fresh fish which were really tasty. There are a lot of buses and they are usually very on time. We could make our schedule smoothly and everything went super!

The place is very quiet and relaxing, especially during the dusk & the night where you can have your dinner in the big balcony & view all the stars in the sky, after a full day at the nearby beaches. Is a perfect location to visit west Crete, 15-20 min from the amazing Falassarna beach and 20 min from the parking place of the famous Balos beach. Also, it is less than 60 min to visit the unique Elafonisi beach.
I would definitely choose this villa again in my next visit to west Crete!

2-4 night I would say its enough, but you could stay longer.

Kissamos was really chilled, laid-back, peaceful and friendly. If you're looking for a wild party scene, it's definitely not the place to come! But if you want tranquility and to feel safe whilst soaking up sun, nature, and local culture, it's perfect
This villa was the best experience through all our travelling in Europe. Quiet place, nice view, very comfortable territory which includes pool and perfect barbecue zone, where we were spending all family evenings. Separately I want to say about the owner. He is an extremely good person. He made a lot of presents, filled the fridge with food, worried we to feel comfortable. We are very grateful to him for the warm welcome. It was easy to get to the best beaches on Crete - Falasarna and Balos on rental car. Once we will back!

This hotel is amazing! The family who runs it , is irreplaceable. They were so wonderful and kind , we only stayed for four days and I felt like I was part of their family and I actually miss them all. The facilities were in immaculate condition , it is right on the beach , the food is amazing and the restaurant breakfast was awesome and the service was perfect ! Our room was exceptionally clean , it was so great ! I give this hotel a top rating ! I can’t wait to go back .
The owners are extremely friendly. Kissamos is a good choice if you plan to visit famous Balos, Elafonisi or Falsarna, but Κυρία Μαρια told us about Kedrodasos beach, which is not far from Elafonisi, while definitely more intimate - in ur opinion, it's even better than Balos. Kissamos restaurants are near by, and we can recommend the fish tavern, which is next to the hotel.
Excellent location directly on the beach (a swim before breakfast). Brilliant breakfast on a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. Our room had a balcony that gave us views of the entire Bay of Kissamos. The hotel is a short walk from the seafront restaurants of Kissamos. The staff are all most helpful and attentive and speak fluent English. A beautiful, family run, hotel.
i loved the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, provide us with information to make it more convenient, and volunteered to pack up food for our beach trips. I am very grateful for the way they treated us, especially realizing that it is not always the case with exhausted hotel staff at the end of the summer season.
The location was perfect to explore Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi. The breakfast was delicious with a big selection. We got a sea-view room, the hotel also has a private beach. The staff was super kind. There are nice tavernas nearby with delicious Greek and seafood dishes. Highly recommended when you visit West-Crete.
This is such a clean and wonderfully furnished place. A perfect oasis in the middle of rural Crete. The place is air conditioned, sound proof, and has a bathroom with a washer.
The host checked in with us daily to ensure we had everything we wanted.

Great hotel with beautiful sea and mountain views. Very good breakfast, nice pool and great location to explore Kissamos area. Very relaxing area, we really liked walking around and enjoy this small Cretean town which thank god kept small town feel unlike other typical touristic resort.
Luxury apartment in the new area of Kissamos where new holiday apartments are being built. The apartment was big and comfortable, with two large terraces. Very conveniently it is equipped with a washing machine and soap. An excellent base to visit places on the western parts of Crete.
We had a good stay at Balos Beach hotel. We ended up extending our one night stay to two nights as the hotel is very well placed for the activities we wanted to do on the west side of Crete. The staff were also very nice and we had an amazing view from our room on both nights!

the hosts were very kind and the tranquility of the beach because it’s not in the middle of the kissamos city, you are almost alone in the hotel beach (that is also scary when you arrive but it’s ok)
The proximity to attractions like the Port of Kastelli Kissamos and Ancient Falassarna added to the appeal of Regina Hotel. Sure I would love to come with my family soon again!
