We had an amazing stay at the Anthemion House ! The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. The hotel was spotless and my room was very clean and comfortable, and the style of the room was very nice! Great location with beautiful views. Highly recommend and will definitely return! The breakfast was so delicious! I can't say even one bad thing about this place! This is everything I search for in a hotel and I am picky ❤️

A great city!
A great city! The old town is beautiful and the views of the city are amazing! The center is easily walkable and the shops combine both big chains as well as small local shops, so everyone can find what they are looking for. There are a myriad of options for coffee or food. We had the best fish in Kavala!
Lastly, the beaches were by far the best in Northern Greece, with fine sand and crystal clear waters! All in all, it is definitely worth a visit!

A beautiful city with picturesque town planning. An interesting piece of history. Variety of shops, delicious food, fresh seafood. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Every Saturday there is a large market in the city with agricultural products of producers from the region.
Parking problems. Not enough parking spaces. There are only three paid parking lots in the central part. One of them is by the port, which is quite far from the city center.
We had a wonderful stay at Kavala Port Apartments. Our hosts were so warm, friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Their apartment had everything we could ask for. There are also restaurants and cafes just a few steps away. In fact, the location is great as a starting base to explore the town. There is also a paid parking nearby, which is very convenient if you want to explore the surroundings by car - there are so many beautiful places and beaches. We would absolutely go back again!
It was an experience overall- up the hill, the little garden, the view. We chose the place because it had a parking place of its own (and Kavala
is famous for its narrow streets with very little parking space) but we got as extra the friendly staff, the view, a super clean and cute place and the whole experience of staying up the hills of Kavala.
P.S after 10 days in Greece struggling with low water pressure in the shower, we got a treat here! Hot water at high pressure, loved it!
I would highly recommend to book this apartment if you are visiting Kavala. Perfect host which is always happy to help and give you guides starting from local restaurants,beach ect you should visit. The hotel accommodation was amazing. Lucy hotel provided everything you could possibly need - nice private beach with provided towels, nice food, relaxing pool with bar. The breakfast was diverse and you have so many options to choose from, all of which delicious.
The view from the room was breathtaking! It's the perfect place for a getaway.
Location was the center of the Kavala!(Kavala Marina) You are staying in a yacht with a exceptionally helpful host (Max). Rooms were clean but of course a little bit narrower than a hotel room but this is something normal because you stay in Yacht. Breakfast was really good and I like the main living room in the yacht best.
Great hotel! Perfect location, close to the center but on a quiet street. Great, friendly staff people. Quite an interesting breakfast served in a basket with everything you need in it. Twenty meters away is the parking lot, which is a big plus because parking spaces in Kavala are limited. Everything was perfect!

Small renovated apartment in the concrete block - one of million in Kavala. Close to the city center, even limited sea view. Very steep streets - free on-street parking, but limited places and some driving skills needed. Better forget with big car.

Bus stop right in front of the hotel to head to the beaches. 1st beach 15mins away.
Marina restaurants along the bay, 5 to 8 mins walk, in front of the hotel.

The hotel staff and facilities exceeded my expectations. I was truly satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to stay in an beautiful and clean hotel with an incredible view of the city of Kavala.
The location was fantastique. The people were the best. The night from the terrace of the restaurant with a wonderful view of the bay and the whole city impressed us and I consider this city the Monte Carlo of Greece.
The staff was amazingly nice! They are attitude really compliments the boutique look and style of the hotel.
Also they gave us pomegranate juice as a welcome drink and some traditional cookies as a farewell gift.
