The location and the staff were both great. And It is nice that the rooms have balcony/small porches.

The view of the bay is stunning. The reception foyer, dining room and pool area is aesthetically pleasing. It provided the opportunity to eat, look at the view and if you chose to swim you could order a drink and nibble by the pool. The decor downstairs provided the opportunity to relate to a past era with charm. In relation to the room, it was clean, light and airy and we appreciated the welcome gifts and the lovely toiletries in the bathroom area. The rooms were tended to promptly in the mornings with a smile.

The staff were helpful and the wifi was excellent. The location is perfect if you need to catch an early morning ferry. The downside of this convenience is that it is very apparent when the ferries come in. You will hear them so you won't be late at the harbour. This is a budget option and excellent value for money.

It is well located, has a lot of restaurants and the port is in walking distance. The room is dated, but clean and big and has a fridge to keep some beverages or sandwiches cold. The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options.

Nothing. We had to pay in advance so we couldn't move hotels. If we'd known what the rooms were really like (the photos in the ads are not correct) we never would have booked here. The woman who worked there was as helpful as she could be in the circumstances but it was obvious the owner is not prepared to spend any money maintaining his property.

We always enjoy Chios. We go there as the authorised dealer for our motorcycle is based there. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and lively cafes and bars. As our motorcycle was being serviced, we didn't leave Chios town on this occasion though we do like to go to Mesta for coffee and icecream!

At first Chios town seems very noisy.
At first Chios town seems very noisy. We only stayed one night but had another afternoon waiting for our ferry home. The second time was much better. We found a nice square with a café and 2 mesodopolia just inside the old town walls.

Chios is a little gem in eastern Aegean sea. I was surprised.
It has some nice beaches for swimming but if you choose it you choose Chios for its architecture, historic stone buildings of Thiamiani stone and landscape. Not mention the masticha tree :)

I spent only two days in Chios on my way by ferry from...
I spent only two days in Chios on my way by ferry from Athens to Turkey. The first day was spent exploring the town and the second, the country side to the north onboard the green bus. For only 5 euro I enjoyed an amazing four hour adventure traversing winding mountain roads, stopping at remote villages located in spectacular and beautiful landscapes. I wish that I had at least another day to explore more of wonderful Chios.

Chios is not the most touristic of Greek islands, but it has kept its authenticity. We appreciated the huge cultural variety: from archaeology to Byzantine relics (Nea Moni is exceptional), over Genovese Kampos or the absolutely unique Masticha villages. Boat trip to Oinousses is very much rewarding too, the North is absolutely worth paying a visit of one day. Kanaris Tours is a very good option for trips, taxis are cheap and hunderd percent reliable. The food in Chios town is of high quality.

I loved the history of the island, the very friendly people and the variety of beaches both quiet and busy. Travelers who drive on the right are not so easy to travel around by car. Safer and maybe cheaper for a couple to visit the island with day tour buses.
I've been travelling for so long, she was the best host i've ever met. House were shiny clean, towels, sheets etc. Her treats really surprised and made us happy :) Muffins, cookies, puddings, fresh veggies from her garden, gift bags for each of us! My daughter had left her neckless at the house, they called me immediately and will post me back. If i go to Chios again, definitely i'll stay at Chioni's Houses. I highly recommend!
Seafront Studios was the perfect place to stay for exploring the northern side of Chios Island. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were absolutely amazing and the owners were very generous and accommodating. They took the time to explain what areas to explore and where the good taverns were. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.
I had a very nice stay at Seafront. The room was spacious with an en-suite kitchen. Furthermore, the wifi connection was fast and the location in front of the... sea, enabling me to combine business with pleasure. I will definitely pay another visit both to Chios and Seafront, especially given my short initial stay. Thank you also to the host for his friendly and efficient approach!
The hotel is very simple to the city center and the sea view from the rooms is very good, the architecture of the facility, the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were very successful. The breakfast was very good according to Greek standards. It is a hotel that I can choose again without hesitation in the Chios island program once.
The apartment is located in the middle of Chios Castle, one of the buildings in the best shape in the area. Nice decoration, attention to details, very clean and comfortable. Excellent host and very good location, a few minutes walk to the port and to the city centre. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay.
The breakfast consisted of set items and a table per room, with no open buffet. Toasters, yogurt, cereals, milk, tea, and coffee were also available. The room was clean and quiet, nearby beaches were great and walkable. The host is extremely helpful in every situation.
The hotel was new and in island conditions, the bathrooms were large and clean.
The location of the hotel was accessible to many places within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the center.

due to the delay with our ferry, we arrived late but Georgia was there waiting for us . We enjoyed the location, our room and the beautiful terrace . the cafe the hotel agreed to give our breakfast was also lovely & friendly .
