ON the 11th of june at approximately 22:40 we werw looking to order a drink at the lobby bar.After 15 minutes of deliberate ignorance by the barman,we left.This is simply unnacceptable in a five -star hotel.We were truly disappointed.I would also like to emphasize that besides incident ,all the other staff members were very nice and always willing to help.
