Amazing view from the balcony, but very close to other balconies, would be nice to have some seperation plates in between. Staff were really nice and friendly. Breakfast was very basic. Room was clean and overall decent but perhaps in a need of an upgrade. Also free private parking on spot with loads of places.

The staff was so friendly and familiar, we felt almost at home, as soon as we arrived. The room was nice and tastefully decorated, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was more than reasonable for the price, with fresh fruit and vegetables, which was a plus for us. They even have a corner with beach umbrellas that we could borrow for the duration of our stay. Georgia is an amazing host, approaching everyone in their own language, playing cards with guests, she is precious. We were welcomed with warm smiles anytime we came or went. The hotel's location is perfect, a few steps from all the restaurants, bars, and the beach. Wonderful!

It's a very nice, green location with a beautifull view at the sea and a very kind host. Kostas gave us lots of tips about places to visit, from nice villages, restaurants to go to and special beaches. The appartement has everything you need, including a pool with deckchairs.

Agios Nikitas is a charming little one-street village with everything you need within walking distance. It has two or three grocery shops, a decent ice cream place, and two lovely souvenir shops (in May). We loved the variety and hospitality of its tavernas and cafes on the beach.
Be aware that parking is not permitted in the town, so if you are coming by car, you will have to park on the main road.

A very pretty area, friendly people. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, 3 nice places to sit and have a coffee looking out to sea. One cobbled street down to the beach or up to main road that has bus stop to Lefkada yown or Kathisma beach. The street has a couple of ice cream parlours and some nice stalls selling jewellery, beach towels magnets etc

Small but busy village in the high season. Great mix of visiting nationalities. Good restaurants and bars - very family friendly. Small beach in the town - close-by Milos beach is bigger, less crowded - but only accessible by boat (runs regularly from Agios Nikitas on days when the sea is not too rough) and across the hill top. (Walking is VERY hilly and challenging in the heat … possibly easier in footwear more sturdy than flip-flops). Totally worth it though ….

You cannot get a car down to the beach as the village has a pedestrian zone from the main road, only delivery vehicles allowed. Parking at the top is very limited and all spots seem to be occupied all of the time. Very busy and crowded at night, if you want to eat go early or expect to be shoulder to shoulder with hordes of others. There are a couple of supermarkets/souvenir shops. Buy your anti mosquito coils here to keep the bugs at bay. There is a bakery, and plenty of bars and restaurants. The owners and staff at most of the places are very friendly and helpful. The beach fills up rapidly from first light, don't expect an Ionian paradise of sun and solitude, it's not going to happen! Steep walk back up the hill, flip flops not recommended. There were plenty of visitors puffing and panting at the top from exertion in +35 C temperature.

Great small village in Greece with an access to a good beach as well boat service or a short ride to many others. Wonderful options of bars cafe and restaurants. Great beautiful nature without having to go too remote for it. Super easy to get around.

Fine selection of traditional tavernas and bars lining the attractive, unspoilt pedestrianised thoroughfare down to the beach, with a few handy shops and supermarkets but mercifully no loud music. Pretty but busy small beach with safe swimming for families. No sunbeds so take your own sun umbrella! Useful water taxi (3 Euros each way) to the beautiful nearby Milos Beach - for the more energetic it can also be walked, but involves a steep climb/descent. Ayios Nikitas is the Greece of 25-30 years ago (apart from the prices!) and a real gem - well worth a visit.

The almost totality of the beautiful Lefkada beaches can be reached by car, with max a 1h drive from Dimarion Villas, for some of them there are also connections/excursions by boat.
The host is super nice! We received a bottle of wine at our arrival. We also got a free parking lot, which is very helpful! Afroditi Passion is very close to the beach Agios Nikitas (take the boat taxi to Milos beach, amazing!). The location is perfect as you are in the middle of the island's center and all the famous beaches in the south-west. The rooms are comfy, you have everything you need.
Agios Nikitas is the best town you can choose in Lefkada island, and the apartment is located in the most beautiful part of the town. The beach is 80m, shops and restaurants are in 10m range. Truly superb location. Our hosts were the best we met so far, every need of ours were taken into consideration. Fresh towels, cleaning, transfer service. You can not go wrong with this apartment.
Nice clean hotel with very friendly owners. Added bonus was unofficial free breakfast to help yourself to in the morning. Large balcony with sea/sunset view. Location is about 3 or 4 minutes drive from the beach - not sure how long it would take to walk as we had a car. Once of the best places we have stayed at in Greece and would certainly come again.
The location was dead in the city center, had an amazing pool on its roof with an amazing view. It was very close to a lot of taverns, shops and markets as well as the main beach. It was also relatively close to all the other cool beaches of Lefkada.
The room was clean, the balcony had a good view but the air conditioner wasn't really working.
We enjoyed a lot our stay and felt like home during our holidays! We fully recommend the Green Villa for a calm and relaxing days in Lefkada. By car you can reach all the beaches very easily, and the sunset from the swimming pool is amazing! Hope to come back one day again!
Amazing view. Lovely stylish room with well equipped kitchenette and powerful shower. Had a little terrace to sit out on and drying rack for beach/pool stuff. Nice pools. Great location with a short walk into Ayios Nikitas. We were impressed.
First of all, the staff were very friendly, polite and willing to do everything we needed. Perfect location, close to the beaches and the village. The view from the terrace was amazing.Lefkada has the best sunsets.

We've got an apartment with a large living room, a very comfortable bedroom and a large terrace/balcony. The pool was amazing and the villas are placed in a quiet place. Also, there is a parking inside.
The Villa was lovely and spacious with balcony with Sea View. The kitchen was full equipped and beds were very comfortable. Also, the Great location allows you to visit the best beaches of Lefkada.

The location of the hotel - it is surrounded by trees and the village is only 5 minutes away on foot. It is also close to Kathisma beach. Parking is not a problem.
The host tasso was very responsive. He even helped us change our tire when we got a flat. Highly recommend. Walking distance to milos beach and agios nikitas.
