First and foremost, the staff was absolutely wonderful. I felt welcome the entire time I was there. Especially the small things —replacing my empty cappuccino with a fresh one at breakfast without me having to ask— struck me as entirely kind and thoughtful. The room was clean, towels were replaced every day. The parking lot was secure and easily accessible. Obviously the location was great, too — right in the heart of the harbor. Also, do try the food. Dinner was exceptional every time! Have I mentioned how great the staff is?

Very nice staff, great breakfast with variety of options and good swimming pool.
This traditional settlement is housed in a renovated Venetian building on the western-side of the Old Town of Chania, a few metres from the Old Harbour’s edge.

Great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They insisted on making us a breakfast bag when we had to leave early for a trip and the next day for our ferry. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean & tidy.
The bed was comfy & the bedding was clean.
We only had breakfast in the hotel, it was plenty of choice in both hot & cold food in both sweet & savoury dishes. There was also plenty of hot & cold drinks.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the food looked really good & the restaurant was always busy.
