The host and housekeeping staff were friendly and happy to help. The host even stayed up until 1am due to my late arrival. Ended up extending my stay by another 4 nights. Location is excellent in a quite little village on the island. Can not wait to go back

Ευρύχωρο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.
A very quiet village. Not a lot open in May. The town was a little rough feeling. We were on bicycles and hoped to travel to the other side of the island, but the elevation gain was too much. We heard the other side was much more beautiful and more options.

I loved the spectacular serene location and the work of Eleni who almost single handedly provided the guests with every comfort she could. The owner of the Pensione, Voula, was very grateful to have her working for her all these years.
In addition Eleni invited me to her own home and drove me down to the Port to catch my Ferry back to Athens.

If you go to Ikaria Agios Kirykos is a great place to base yourself if you don't have a car. There are a few buses in the day that will bring you to villages around the island and back, and a boat that will you to Therma and back at least every half hour, and there's another boat that will bring you Magganitis some days but that boat won't bring you back to Agios Kirykos, you can get a taxi from Magganitis back to Agios Kirykos though for around €30. There are tons of great restaurants, cafes and bars around and the area is just gorgeous. Ikaria is a great island to get away from touristy things and has so many different places to explore
Good communication, good location, very friendly staff. Melissa is super nice and friendly and accommodating. Strong A/C.
Perfectly located: in the center of Therma a 5 min cab or bus ride from ferry dock.
Hotel is in walking distance (200 yards) to the famous hot tub and the beach. Lovely swimming and snorkeling, with swimming access to the hot tub. Which is really hot, sourcing heat from rocks in the back of the hot tub. You enjoy a natural hot tub on top of an inactive volcano - absolutely stunning!!
The owner is super lovely and helpful and the hotel is great: close to the thermal springs and the cute little town of Therme. It is quite sleepy but a great place to stay if you want to get away from the crowds and have mostly Greek people around you. Ikaria is a spectacular island not overrun by tourists. The room is spacious and the water pressure is good. It's serene and tranquil, just what I needed for my holiday. The owner also picked me up from the airport, which was very nice of him.
Impeccable hotel with an unbeatable location, amazing staff and fantastic facilities. Backgammon and chess sets could be found dotted around the hotel, there were many books to read and we were sent us a list of recommendations for what to do in Ikaria. Rooms were spacious and clean and the outside patio area had an abundance of seating areas and a very well maintained garden. Views could not be beaten. One of the best hotels I stayed at during my 3 month trip. Thank you!
It was very interesting to learn how hotel was originally built. The mountain had to be cut away in order for the hotel to be built
Kastrò is located in center of town but be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the hotel if you have suitcases
Staff is very hardworking and very hospitable. Small pool was a pleasure to cool off in
I sent already a review but want to add something:
Kitchen facilities: each room has its own fridge plates and cutlery; the common cooking area has an electric cooking hub. electric kettle, toaster sink and 4table & chairs.
Parking is in the street and there is a parking area nearby but I don't know if it belongs to one of the nearby hotels
Except from very rude elder guy we met at first midnight, all other staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were friendly and welcoming all time. They gave very good tips about nearby places. I'm thanking for their hospitality.
Location is great if you are staying at Agios Kirykos. Facilities of the room were OK.
Perfect location for few days in Icaria. The hotel is in a super quiet spot in Therma with a mountain view. It's super close to the beach and the facilities in Therma and if you have a car it's really easier to reach any other location on the island. It has also a parking spot which was great during our holiday in August.
The hotel is a walking distance to the thermal baths. The owners are wonderful people, they provided my sister-in-law an i with everything we needed during our stay. We stayed in this hotel for 13 days and it felt as if we were among family. the room and the hotel are spotless clean, the property has an elevator.
If you are going to agios kyrikos , this is a great place to stay. It is on a quiet street, but only a 10 minute walk from The center of town. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff is super accommodating. They serve a nice continental breakfast & we get anything else you want. Couldn’t be happier!
The beds were very comfortable. We asked for extra pillows which made our sleep more comfortable. Wonderful garden view, quietness, great location and kind hosts. All these things made our stay super pleasant. We will definitely return to Rena hotel next time we come to Therma.
It was my second time in this hotel. I got a different room, prepared by the lovely Maria. It was as clean and nice as the previous room.
-Private bathrroom, fridge, fan and air conditionner, towels, shared kitchen, nice ambiance. It's close of everything in Therma.
A wonderful experience! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great view and excellent customer service. All my needs were met. Thank you for the individual approach in all situations. Also the location is more than high class!
Alithinas was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the room cleaned every day. There is also a balcony with a nice view of the mountains. I highly recommend this hotel.
This place was truly amazing! Such a traditional feeling with modern amenities. The views are the best on the island. I’ve been to Ikaria few times before and this hotel is my favorite part of the island so far. Cant wait to come back!
Very Nice owner and family atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. Air condition, fridge and tv its all you need in hot Greece. Hotel have good location, Therma with Nice views, hot springs and lovely places to eat and drink.
Basic hotel- fine for a night. Had everything I needed. Dealt with the hotel through booking.com app before and during my stay and they were always quick to respond.
Nice and close to the thermal baths.
Really lovely hotel on the main drag not far to the center The owner is really helpful and lovely! The room was amazing and big and roomy with really nice beds and linens!
