It’s a nice property with a very warmhearted host. The location is great, it takes you only five minutes to walk to the beach. We visited Ureki in late September, so it was not crowded and very quiet: an ideal place to rest from bustling cities. The host was very helpful and understanding: the day we checked out she let us keep our stuff in a free room and also allowed us to use the facilities (take a shower after going to the beach) for free! I strongly recommend this hotel for a nice and chill stay in Ureki.

The hotel is one of the nicest one in the area, it’s small but quite comfortable. The hotel was run by the family and they were very helpful and sweet, trying their best to feel comfortable! The food in the restaurant is tasty, rooms are large, also the pool was heated which made us able to swim in May

Awesome place in a quiet street. Dali is amazing host, she is really helpful and always kind and polite. We stayed here with our dog and at the very beginning it was a small confusion when person who met us disallow us to stay here with a dog (that was agreed beforehand by phone), but after call to Dali this small issue was fully fixed.

It is an ugly place with dirty beaches. The city does not suggest you anything more. I know that there are people who go there for sand beaches, anyway, they were so dirty that it is difficult to enjoy. Have been there for 4 days, will never go again.

Sandy beaches are few in Georgia, as I am told. Ureki boasts "magnetic sand," a supposed cure for all kinds of maladies. Unfortunately, the old infrastructure, narrow road, lack of parking and sidewalks, as well as litter makes things feel a little not taken care of.
Our children loved playing in the sand, swimming in the shallow sea, and enjoying time away from city-life. Lifeguards on patrol added to the feeling that it was a safe place.

especially to those who have little kids to take there for the purpose of sand baths. There is high probability of getting the serious inspection to your kids. That's what happened to me.

location - was the best. weather is better then in Batumi more Suny and warm days.
rooms- is clean. towels,bedsheets- clean,nice to use.
for famili rest it's the best choise.

Ureki is extremely busy and crowded with tourists in summer. Unfortunately, this leaves the beach and water very dirty. Local tourists love it for the supposedly healing properties of magnetic black sand. The town is very tacky and everything is made for cheap tourism. No culture or even esthetics to a place. You’re better off going to some smaller place nearby. Restaurants are better and cheaper on the third street from the beach. Camping ground is right in the middle of the town, so not much nature.
Solo Apartments offers a quiet, clean and friendly accomodation in Ureki. When we were spending our time there, the apartments seemed to attract families who favoured a more relaxed and quiet vacation. That suited us just fine, as we were travelling with a 1 year old baby who sometimes has problems falling asleep when there's too much noise. We are also especially thankful for the flexibility our landlady showed towards us concerning some of our special requests. All in all we felt very welcome and might be back again.
We stayed in the apartment for 10 days in July. It’s a cozy and clean apartment equipped with all necessary things. The building itself is close to the beach and there are markets, restaurants and bakeries around the place. Nataliya is amazing host with helpful tips how to best explore Ureki and nearby places.
The hosts are very polite and helpful. I believe in a hot summer the house will be very good since it was very cold there :) but to be honest, everyone says it was unusual for this time of the year for Ureki to be cold in late May. Anyway, the facilities are fine and clean.
Nice simple little hotel with good location. About 5-7min walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
Ureki beach has clear blue water and black sand. But there were no toilets and there was no place to change clothes.
It's a good hotel for stay around some days. I stay here for one night and go to the One Republic concert and it's good location for go to the Black Sea Arena.
