we couldn't find the hotel, even if we copied and pasted the address onto the maps app or bolt app, the driver also tried doing it, he tried to call the hotel a number of times from the number that was on booking.com,, it kept getting diverted and then saying it was out of range. I even messaged the hotel a number of times, and even yesterday, and they haven't replied at all, my driver had to then go and find me another accommodation. very poor and response service, no english. They need to update their phone number and location correctly on booking.com, as when you use that one, it takes you outside the city to an empty field.

The new building offered a fresh and comfortable atmosphere, and the spacious room was equipped with everything I needed - from beds, a kitchen, and a shower to a desk and fridge. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the surroundings, which truly reflected Georgian charm. Plus, the convenient location with taxis and public transport stops just around the corner made it a breeze to explore the city.
