The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the lady at the front desk spoke excellent English. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location for exploring Borjomi. The hour in the beautiful spa was also really lovely.

I like the hospitality of the Owner of SnowKing, she is very accommodating and hospitable. Our flight to Georgia was delayed by 1 1/2 hours and the Owner waited for Us to arrive at the SnowKing even we arrved almost 11:30 pm. I like everything about this Hotel...
