Everything was great. It is a bit far from the sea, although I was by car and it was comfortable. The place and the view are very beautiful, the room is comfortable. Peaceful and beautiful environment.

For those who escapes the city and wants to really enjoy the life. The appratment hotel is greatly located, with very good transport connection and at the same time it is isolated from the highway rush. We loved our stay at Teya’s. It’s a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of Batumi. Teya came and met us to show us how to get to the house and was incredibly hospitable, offering to help us with whatever we needed, joining us for drinks and great conversation. The house is beautiful and accommodating with a breathtaking view of the sea and the city. We accidentally took her keys, but she was very understanding (sorry again!). Teya’s place is truly a gem, and we would gladly stay again and recommend it to anybody.

Olesya made us feel very welcome and was an amazing host! She cooked us incredible, traditional Georgian meals for a great value. The rooms were spacious and comfy, with a balcony and a view. It was also a perfect location for visiting the local botanical gardens and the beach! The hosts are always happy to talk to you and give you directions!
