Pretty good for a 4 star hotel, comfortable and in a quiet part of town. The hotel was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The hot tub in the terrace was amazing. Didn't use the bar but it does stay open till very late.
The staff were welcoming and genuinely cared.
Breakfast was served till later than in most hotels.

The facilities seem new, well thought-out and in great working order. Best shower during our trip, and even a douchette (yay!) next to the toilet - the first we've seen in Georgia.
