The upper floor room was on 4th floor No 44 with breathtaking view on mountains on one side and on the sea on another side (with no elevator). The room was clean, new, bright with a refrigerator and air conditioning. One day my relative who stay in another room had an issue with aircon, that fortunately was solved by the owner on the same day. We could use kitchen and washing machine freely. Many thanks to the owners for their warm welcome

The hotel was clean and the rooms large. Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The staff was very nice and very caring. They helped us find a driver to Batumi. The breakfast was spectacular and delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel❤️

Interesting hotel a little bit out of Batumi center but really nice view to city center and close to botanic garden. The room had nice view, lot of day light, all equipment you need from small balcony to table, heater of water, glasses,... Really nice host, warm and she prepare every day different local breakfast. A lot of different thinks to pick and all was so delicious. We travel 10 days around Georgia and for sure that was the best breakfast we had. Was so good we forgot to take a photo of breakfast. Really recommended to all who visit Batumi.
Only think is Google map who not have right location of a hotel. Below photos that you will easyer found it. There are direction board but maybe a little small. When you drive out of main road cca. 400 m drive to hotel. The road go quite up in forest...
