Very nice family, very welcoming and helpful. They offered us some fresh grape at our arrival. They can speak English German Ukrainian ... so communication is really easy.
The house and the garden are beautiful and quiet. The apartment is big, fully equipped and confortable. Nice hot shower. Our bicycle was under a roof, completely safe.
We recommend to also ask for dinner because it was delicious. Many various and excellent homemade dishes.

The owners were very kind, friendly and most helpful, providing useful advise on various things, be it the transport, the nearby spa, local shops etc. The facility is opened to various kind of travellers, including these wishing to pitch their tent in the garden and yes, there was an exraordinaty traveller with a tent motorbiking from Italy! Our room was spacy and perfectly clean, incl. the bathroom. The garden provides great sitting for evening chats or morning breakfasts with your co-travellers or to meet other guests. There are both indoor kitchen and garden kitchen available. Amazing place!

Theme hotel, build by the host himself. Host was wonderful, very welcoming. When we arrived, dinner was ready. We could relax and even pay with card, which usually isn't possible in small hotels in Georgia. Host was very passionate and mom is a very good cook. We loved it.

Everything was fine. The room was reasonably sized for three people, fast internet, everything was clean and in excellent condition. Definitely can recommend it.

Great guesthouse! The host family is very nice and some of the younger family members speak English, so communication was easy. There is a balcony in front of the rooms which overlooks a beautiful garden with lots of flowers. Beds were extremely comfortable (best we've had in Georgia so far) and I've never seen such a clean house in my life. Breakfast and dinner were reasonably priced and all products - from vegetables to wine to butter and cheese - were home made at the family farm. Location is in between Vardzia caves and some other old castles in the area.
