Zhana's Home is very pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable place. It's close to Anaklia center, there are several shops close by, and 5-10 min walk to the beaches. The rooms are clean, calm, with enclosed private bathrooms. There is a large common space with good equipped kitchen, large fridge, very large dining table available, and a beautiful shaded garden with seating outside. Available local fruits and vegetables for free. Free parking at the property.
The hostsess is extremely kind and helpful, she made a fantastic dinner from local fish for us (after we found that all eating places in the village are closed off season) and treated us with home made wine. Staying here feels like staying at mom's place, amazing georgian hospitality at its best.

The room was very clean. The air conditioning was very nice. We needed a taxi back to Sugdidi and the landlady organised something for us. The beach and done restaurants and cafés were in walking distance.
This place was HUGE disappointment. Environment in general was untidy, especially entrances of the buildings, poolside, etc. Poor quality service and lame breakfast made us rapidly leave the premises.

Anaklia has great potential.
Anaklia has great potential. The beach front and the waterpark are amazing. The only problem we had, was that there are no supermarkets in Anaklia, only tiny little shops that don't even have all the basic things we needed. We had to drive to Zugdidi to shop for a few essentials.
When we visit again, we will make sure to bring everything along for a comfortable stay.
