Quite private little area with bbq pit. We have seen squirrels in the morning having while breakfast. Cabin is clean. All utensils we need is there to cook. Peaceful chill stay if you want to just relax and go out for nice walks or visit castles.

The Speech House, hotel in Yorkley

The checking in process was quick and smooth. We ate in the Orangery for dinner and breakfast as we were allowed to take our dog in while we ate. The food was delicious, and although the breakfast was buffet style, the food was hot and tasty.

A warm welcome on a miserable wet day. Cosy and comfortable room with nice warm bathroom and delicious toiletries. Sunday lunch was great as was the breakfast apart from the rather sad toast. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hosts. Two lovely women who obviously cared about standards. The bed was comfortable. I had a bathroom with a bath and shower. A bath is essential for me when booking an hotel. Breakfast was good..

A quiet, secluded location, lots to do with the kids, nice safe paddock for the kids to play with a small play park. Overall a lovely place, ideal location within minutes of many of FOD attractions. The cottage has local leaflets to stear you on the right direction.

Excellent location, easily accessed from M5 or via the Forest of Dean from M50. Short walk from Cottage to the Forest . Two pubs, one serving good basic pub food with no frills. Two shops and playground (we didn't have children with us, but property very suitable for families). Close to Bream, more shops, places to eat and places of interest.
