The beautiful, quiet setting and birdsong. Lovely being away from noise and enjoying the sounds of nature. The huts were so clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was good. I have always wanted to stay in a shepherds hut and it exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to go again.
An exceptional barn conversion with everything you need for...
An exceptional barn conversion with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, something for all ages. Numerous books, DVDs, CDs, board games and outdoor games, along with the darts, pool table and other games in the games room.
Comfy beds and each room had an en-suite as well as a communal toilet just off the hall, two en-suites had shower above the bath and the Downstairs double room had a lovely large walk-in shower.
There’s a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, mop, bucket, more toys/games and another fridge freezer.
All amenities were great.
Lovely enclosed courtyard so dogs and child were kept safe.
Very friendly & approachable owner/host, who leaves you alone but is there almost straight away if there’s a problem.
Just one TV (in the lounge, along with a piano and an array of instruments. Lovely big kitchen dining table with Lenny of chairs, all towels & tea-towels are provided.
All in all a very relaxed stay in an amazing barnconversion in a lovely part of the country.
