Lovely staff, spacious room, fridge in room with 2 bottles of water, kettle with, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits, massive bathroom with soaps etc.
Hot tub is a great bonus!

Location was superb, away from any noisy traffic and set in huge beautiful gardens. About 5 miles from Sidmouth, a lovely small seaside town, definitely worth visiting.
The owners were wonderful, friendly and helpful in every way we could have wanted and looked after us brilliantly.
Terrific breakfasts.
The owners also had two lovely friendly black Labrador dogs who greeted us often when we parked our car.
The Mason Arms is located on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, just a 10-minute walk from Branscombe Beach.

Mike the owner was really helpful but never intrusive. Welcome gifts of wine and milk were appreciated along with essentials such as tea coffee sugar salt pepper dishwasher and washing machine tablets. We will return
